I can see why this facility has a low rating! I took my son there yesterday who is a sophomore in high school. He is participating in a college baseball showcase in WV and needed a medical form signed. A simple sports physical is all that was required. The person who took us back and measured his weight was questioning what we needed. She said if he was in college they could not do the exam. I again explained he was still in high school. Then, she said if this was for an out of state event they could not help us. She returned after speaking with the doctor and confirmed they could not help us. Absolutely poor experience! It's a basic sports exam. We went to the CVS minute clinic and received great service.

We had a great experience here and I'm so glad a friend told me about it! I took my son (age 9) in to get checked out and tested for strep. While the front desk lady wasn't the nicest person in the world, she also wasn't terrible. It didn't bother me. Got checked in and waited about 20-25 minutes to be seen. Once in the room we were seen right away! The staff listened to us, checked him out, and did the strep test right away. As soon as the results came back (it only took about 3 minutes!) he was prescribed antibiotics and we were out of there! I will definitely go back next time express care is needed!

Don't bother showing up 15 minutes early for your appointment because you'll wait at least an hour anyways. Very disappointing how Cleveland Clinic ruins practices by overbooking to maximize revenues.

I cannot describe how useless the call center/front desk is for this location. Rude and unhelpful, kinda sad

2nd awful experience. Front desk staff completely rude. Was not greeted when walking in. Melody was one of them and the other employee was not wearing her name tag. Saw a nurse practitioner and she barely made eye contact. Listened to my lungs and told me she would be prescribing a steroid. Went to the pharmacy and a cough medicine was also sent in but yet no discussion of this one being prescribed. Would never recommend or go back.

Got me in to see a doctor in less than five minutes, doctor saw me and diagnosed problem (scratched eye), prescribed meds, and sent me on my way, all in less than 20 minutes. Staff was friendly, funny, and pretty chill.
I leave this review to offset the absurdly critical reviews that seems petty. Hope it helps and thanks again for your terrific work!

I came in with my father for a quick exam and to see if if he needed to go to ER. The nurse practitioner that walked into our room immediately asked in a very condescending tone why we did not go to my father's physician. Mind you, it was a Saturday after 4pm. She proceeded to make excuses how there is nothing she can do without even taking a look at my father or doing an exam. To top it all off she finished with "if he was my father I would take him to the ER." How rude and unprofessional! I have never seen anything like it. If I could give negative stars, I would.
