This was the first time I had had a remote exam. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Once I saw the doctor, I thought she was very thorough and answered all of my questions , I will definitely recommend this location to my family.

Service at this location is convenient, efficient and polite. I did feel a bit rushed in the exam process in a way that might effect results, in that I was not able to settle in to position with the machinery, which could effect the accuracy of measurements as I shifted.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Was in and out in a timely fashion. I suggest better practice with keeping patients safe as there was no cleaning of machines between patients. I had to wipe machine myself as the patient before me makeup was still on machine.

Fun, professional staff that created a happy, talkative, joyful atmosphere with the other customers at the time as well. Normally I bet this place operates at a solid 4 star rating. But if your there during a time when everyone (including the customers) are talking and laughing..that's a 5 star experience!

I found Dr. Robert Fleischer and his staff to be friendly and engaging with his patients, based on the interactions I could hear and see amongst the staff while awaiting my turn. There seemed to be at least three staff besides the Dr in the office, so it did not feel shorthanded. My one complaint is that I wish someone had called or prepared me ahead of my visit regarding expected costs and coverage - I was very disappointed to leave without my new lens due to a financial issue. It was even more embarrassing to hear the Dr. say "SHE DIDN'T HAVE ANY MONEY" loudly and clearly as I was exiting.

I was greeted with smiles and "Welcome!" I have had many eye exams, and this was by far the best I've ever had! Dr. Fleischer was concerned about one eye, and so he took pictures and double checked everything. I felt like I was in the best of hands. Dr. Fleischer also explained everything he was doing. That also meant a great deal to me. Target is lucky to have such amazing help in their optical department!!!
