Been getting my glasses at Park for over 30 years. Husband went in for eye exam with me. This was a rescheduled appointment due to Park canceling weeks earlier. I too had to reschedule due to Park canceling. Both Kathy and the other lady working with her were so disrespectful and rude to both my husband and myself saying the weather will be bad, Dr. lives far away, etc... I have spent thousands on glasses over the years and was completely shocked at the rudeness and poor quality of service. I had my exam done that day and my husband was so disgusted he did not want anything from this business after being treated so poorly. I had a script printed and both ladies went into the back room and never came out to assist with frames, etc... Service from this establishment, family business or otherwise, has tremendously declined. Their glasses are expensive, but even worse, customer service poor. Taking my business elsewhere.

Tina and Ethan at Fairmount Circle were incredibly helpful in helping me with lens and frame issues. Their communication, care and kindness went a long way. We have been customers for many years and truly appreciate their professionalism and customer care. We will continue supporting this local gem.

Have been getting glasses here on and off for over 20 years but the decline in service has been terrible and will not be going back. You would think that if you're spending $1,000 on a single pair of glasses, they would take some time with you. But we really got the bums rushed out the door even though there was not a single other customer in the place.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice selection. Somewhat pricey, but you get what you pay for!

I took my elementary son here a few years ago while fighting the school for an IEP and the optician told me my son was faking the test and his vision was fine. Yesterday I took my son to the optometrist in Costco (wonderful man) and we found out he has convergence disorder. Now I dont know if you guys test for convergence disorder but you guys did say to my face my son was being a faker. Parent beware.

We adore the sister owners. They are knowledgeable, funny and astute at selecting the right frames for your face and style. They're like personal stylists for frames as an accessory. We all get daily compliments. The selection is the best in Cleveland. They listen to how you like to personally wear your glasses and fit accordingly. Couldn't ask for more!

I chose Park Opticians for my first-ever eye exam and pair of glasses because it is convenient to my home and I have long admired the fanciful frames in their window display. The process of scheduling my appointment was pleasant and when I arrived on the appointed day, I was quickly helped back to the exam room. Dr. Fuldhauer performed a thorough examination and, with prompting, explained his findings to me. I would have appreciated some additional explanation and information, though, as I had never needed glasses previously. I did not receive a summary of his findings or a copy of my prescription, which would have been helpful. I almost felt as though this was to prevent me from having the glasses made elsewhere, which I had not intended to do, but it left me with a strange feeling nonetheless. I adjourned to the showroom and happily set about trying on frames. Their selection is truly top-notch and a large part of the reason I chose to come here. I was easily able to find a handful of frames that I loved - the hardest part was narrowing down the final choice. The woman who was assisting me in my selection did an admirable job of responding to my stated preferences, which I made rather clear. If I weren't as certain of my likes and dislikes, however, the strong opinions she offered may have overpowered my thought process. I ended up choosing a classic, black pair of Valentino acetate frames (with a subtly edgy spike on the corner of the frames which I love) which were fitted to my face and set with my prescription in under 30 minutes. Nelson, the lovely gentleman who worked on this all-important final step really provided me with excellent service. I left with a pair of glasses that I absolutely love but with mixed feelings about the service I received. For the price point, I would have appreciated a more patient and attentive level of service.
