It was easy to get an appointment. The staff and doctor were all very pleasant. I am giving 2 stard because I have been waiting almost 3 weeks to get my new glasses. I even provided my own frames and was assured that I would have my new glasses in 7-14 days. It is now day 17 and still no glasses. I have never waited this long for a pair of glasses. I even called 3 days ago and they told me they would be in the next day and still not here. Very dissatisfied with this Service.

I am absolutely thrilled with the amazing staff and Doctors here. My first visit there after recently moving, the online appointment process was simple and efficient. Every member of the staff is caring, professional and efficient. Things were explained to me about my eyes that no other Doctor has EVER told me. Equipment was the best I've ever seen. The whole experience was 100% positive, highly recommend!

Dr. Maya Seif at My Dr. in Wadsworth did a thorough exam during my recent visit and she answered all of my questions. Sara was very patient and helpful when choosing a new pair of glasses!

When I got my eye exam done here, they told me that they were not going to give me my right prescription and we're going to give me a less stronger prescription so my eyes don't get messed up.... So now it's been two years. My glasses are falling apart, and I can hardly see out of these things.... I want to reschedule to explain to them that I need my right prescription because the ones that they prescribed are not strong enough. But if they told me the same thing and tell me that they don't want to hurt my eyes with the prescription that is right for me. Then I will never go here again. If you're supposed to be an eye doctor, do your job and give the patient their right prescription.

Maya and Michelle are fantastic! I was nervous bringing my toddlers for their first exam and Maya was so sweet and patient with them. They still talk about what a nice eye doctor she is and how much fun they had (certainly not something I expected)! I recommend them to everyone I know

Highly recommend this location. Was hesitant initially because it's a chain type place and I stopped going to Walmart for a reason. Alas! The place is great, staff is friendly. Shout out to Maria, the magical eyeglass wizard.

Absolutely LOVE THIS team, they were understanding and amazing at assisting me with picking out new frames. Then when i realised months later there was an issue with the lenses after my eye healed from surgery and they took my glasses back and had them repaired. I will absolutely be back when i need new glasses next year!!! Thank you to all

WOW. Dr. Michelle was fantastic. Gerri and Keri were so very nice and helpful, and definitely went above and beyond for me. Hands down the best eye doctor experience/glasses ordering process i have ever experienced! Thank you guys again for making this such a pleasurable experience and taking care of what I needed while I was there, and for the best price! Seriously, you guys are awesome!
