Dr. Biedenbach removed cataracts from the eyes of a close friend of mine who was very happy with his surgery. I too had cataracts removed from both eyes and was extremely happy with Dr. Biedenbach . My adult grandson suffered an eye injury at work and returned home in severe pain . I called the Dr. and asked if he could come in immediately, without an appointment , and she said of course in an emergency like that . My grandson felt relief from the pain when we left the office and after our return visit in three days Dr. Biedenbach said everything had healed great . I would give her ten stars if I could but definitely five stars .

Dr. Biedenbach knowingly employs technicians and staff that are substandard and It is not an uncommon occurrence for me personally or others that I know to get prescription lenses that are off and inaccurate. The worst part is that as the head of the practice, Rachel Biedenbach does nothing to rectify the situation or reach out to the patients who are clearly upset by her practice's repeated mistakes. I highly recommend that you look for another practice before you turn to this poor quality company.
