Great staff! Wonderful doctors and top notch service. I highly recommend for your eye care needs! The selection of frames is amazing and the staff is so super nice and knowledgeable!

Been going there for over 6 years, calledin February to schedule an appointment in april and they scheduled it in the wrong location. When I called them about it they told me they couldn't get me in until Aug 5th because of their mistake. They called today and told me they needed to cancel that appointment and couldn't get me in until the middle of October. How ridiculous to screw my appointments up and make me wait over 6 months for an appointment. Been over due for me glasses. Will never recommend them

This is our second appointment with Bloomberg. Here's our impression: The reception staff was generally unwelcoming, failed to make eye contact when it was obvious I was waiting to speak with them and inputted my phone number incorrectly on initial customer setup. The reception staff made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by my presence and seemed to be snubbing their noses in my general direction like condescending high school princesses. The assistant optometrist was very nice, thorough, took her time and did an excellent job examing my children's eyes with the up to date equipment, measuring their pupillary distances, etc. The optometrist was also very competent, taking her time and being very thorough with the exam. I received an explanation of how my child's eyes had changed and options on how to slow down the progression of nearsightedness in my child. I am nearsighted myself and have 12 children who are also nearsighted. These new options on helping nearsightedness were never explained to me before. So kudos to the doctor for her complete care and thoroughness in giving me options to stop the nearsightedness. The gentleman (Eric?) who helped us pick out our eye glass frames was very friendly and helpful. He did mess up on our coordination of benefits (had 2 different insurances) but he realized it when I pointed out that at our original appointment he said that we could get 2 pairs of glasses but when I brought my daughter in she could only get one pair of glasses. When I pointed out that they all had the same insurance, he went back and called with the information to fix the previous mistake. He didn't defend the mistake but admitted it which I appreciated. I was able to make the necessary change over the phone so I did not have to make an extra trip back to the office. Our family values honesty and treating others with respect. So don't expect a friendly, welcoming reception when you come into the Bloomberg office but the rest of the staff is excellent and competent.

Absolutely wonderful staff! My kids ( 8 and 9) were really nervous about their eye exam. Michelle went above and beyond to explain everything she was going to do to ease my children's fears. The Dr did the same. The man who helped us pick out glasses was equally wonderful and helpful!!! I am SO appreciative of all of the wonderful staff here at the Niles location!! Thank you all SO much for being so wonderful!!

Michelle and her staff are always wonderful! The service and the products are great. I had to take my 4 year old son in for an eye infection. They got him in and out very quickly and made him comfortable. I have been going here for about 7 years and will continue.

Very impressed with the friendly people and ease of getting in same day (actually within an hour) for an eye emergency especially since we were first time patients! Saved us an ER visit for a scratch/abrasion on my husbands eye! The person I spoke with to make the appointment was the nicest lady. She was so very genuine and really wanted to make sure he was taken care of right away! I really cannot thank them enough for getting him right in!
