I called them to set up an appointment. Whoever answered the phone sounded very slow, (intoxicated maybe?), after telling her that I've never been there before and I'd like to schedule an appointment she says, "oh let me check, whats your name?" I gave her my name and she says "Oh you are correct, you've never been here before." (Like obviously, I just told you that.) Anyways, we go on to try to schedule an appointment and I try to explain to her that I have medicaid (Molina) and a secondary insurance from my job that I just started (Eye Med through Anthem insurance). I already knew that they didn't take Molina, but I know that they do take Eye-med through Athem because their specifically on the Eye-med brochure that I got from my employer. After explaining that to the lady, she says, "We don't take Molina." And hung up the phone on me. I immediately called back, the same lady answered and I said "Did you just hang up on me?" and She said "Oh no I didn't, if I did it was an accident." So then I proceed to tell her that I know Brodell Medical takes Eye-med. She says, "You need to call your insurance to make sure we take them." I said, "I know you guys take them, you're on the brochure for Eye-med." She says, "You need to call them and make sure." I said, "No, YOU guys need to run the Eye-med through Anthem insurance because Eye-med already has you guys on their list for insurances that they take." She sighs and says, "Well I don't know how to do that for a new patient. Hold on." Then the manager gets on the phone and says, "Yes, we don't take Molina." I said, "Okay but I also have Anthem with Eye-med and it says you do take that insurance." She said, "Well because you have Molina too, we can't take you." Which makes absolutely no sense. People have 2 different insurances all the time, if a business accepts one of the insurance's, then that's the one they use. I know for a fact they could've taken it because I used to work at a eye place and people used to come in with 2 different insurances all the time. I just said "Ok" and hung up. I guess I'll take my money elsewhere where people are actually competent.

I cannot say enough good things about Brodell Medical. I personally see Dr. Lindsey Dolohanty & truly feel grateful to have found a Dr. who cares so deeply about what she does. She is not only an asset in her office but an asset to the community. She cares for her patients and is results driven. She gets you right in and out but does not make you feel rushed. She takes time to answer my questions & has helped my skin so much! Thank you Dr. Lindsey!

I have never been disappointed during my time here! The dermatology department is phenomenal! They are very professional, kind, and caring when it comes to the problems you have! You can certainly tell that these doctors care about their patients. This will be my main practice for dermatologist related issues :)

Ashley's kindness and professional demeanor immediately put me at ease setting the tone for what turned out to be an outstanding visit. Dr. Lindsey Dolohanty herself is an exemplary physician who goes above and beyond in providing top-notch care. During my appointment she displayed an incredible level of attentiveness, taking the time to thoroughly address all of my concerns. Her ability to actively listen and engage in meaningful conversation left me feeling genuinely heard and understood which is a quality that truly sets her apart. Thank you.

I'm so thankful to have found Dr. Lindsey. She has helped me so much with acne and eyelid eczema that I have struggled with for years. She explains everything thoroughly and makes sure you understand your treatment plan. She addresses all concerns and questions. Her nurses are always so sweet, as well! (Today my nurse was Ashley ). All of the office staff are great, too. Great place overall!

Dr Lindsay was wonderful. It was my first time getting an all over body check of my moles. She was very nice and explained all the things to put my mind at ease. The atmosphere at the office was cozy and welcoming. The staff was very professional and friendly. I would definitely go again if I needed too and I would absolutely recommend.

Dr. Lindsey is very thorough and takes the time to answer all of our questions. Short waiting time and the office has been so nice about fitting us in on short notice. Definitely recommend!
