Would not recommend this place. I mean doctor are great. But you have to wait at least two to see a doctor. I do not know why you can't to follow up with your eye doctor.

Great doctors, but this place is greedy. There is no reason, other than greed, to have to wait1-2 hours to be seen. I'm looking for a new place.

They have far too many patients a day for one Doctor to attend to he is very nice but very quick although this isn't his fault as he has so many patients he has to attend to.

I had an absolute wonderful experience today. I was greeted kindly by Melissa then was shown back within minutes where Miss Brittany took care of me and she was awesome. Personality was great yet very professional. She dialated my eyes, which is always weird but, must be done. I was then greeted by Dr. Kirsten Madick. I had a very nice visit, and def by far thee most thorough eye exam I've ever had in my 50yrs of life on this earth!!!! Just wanted to give a huge compliment to the ladies of Eye Care Associates that took care of me today!!! Kudos to you all on a job well done!!! God bless and see you in a year!!! opie

The staff were nice and knowledgeable. They helped me with getting prism glasses.

Made an appt on June 26, 2025.I Waited 4 weeks for my appointment on July 28, 2025. Last night the 27th, I received a text message that my appt was canceled by the office with no explaination.Said they'll be in touch to reschedule... also no one answered the phone any of the six times I called this morning. Very disappointed

Edited: My initial experience was not very good. However, after switching to Dr. Lawrence, I HAVE to update my review. Dr. Lawrence is the person to see at Eye Care Associates. He is very thorough, patient, and provides excellent care. I have seen multiple Optometrists and specialists around the area but he is the only one who actually seemed to care. It's tough to find a good doctor, they are not all created equally. I'm glad I found a great one.

Cheryl in the Youngstown location y'all need to have somebody else answering the phone besides her!! I work at a doctor's office I am a medical assistant so you're not going to tell me about insurance verification. We been through anthem for years, and I never had an issue with an eye doctor billing my insurance for vision.And if there is a separate name it would of been no problem you calling to verify that. We do it at the office all the time. It is apart of your job as Ma or if you don't got those credentials just say that. Obviously I have vision on my insurance, and I have never had a separate card. Anyway she had the nerve to tell me I can go back to that place then. Very rude and unprofessional probably should get in a different field. If your customer service skills are that horrible. Have never even been to the place, and I am definitely good on scheduling with them now! As a MA I would never smh Then when I told her she was being rude she try to clean it up and change her tune. Said if you find out the name of your vision insurance we will be happy to schedule you. No No No lady should of never been rude in the first place! Well well probably should avoid anyway just from Reviews alone!! Note to self always read reviews!
