Vision With Style Inc.

I have been getting glasses here for years, but no more. I buy high quality glasses and always bling, manager has broken the frame, knocked crystals out, and has been nasty to me more than a couple of times. Fitted my glasses on me crooked and wouldn't fix, argued with me that they were fine. Got out to my car and asked friend what they looked like and she said crooked. Unless she is gone I will not be going back. A shame since they have the brand I like and I always pay between 600. & 800. every years.

AVOID! They sell defective glasses and refuse to exchange or return them, even within 30 days of purchase. They will adjust them again and again while giving you a lecture on how to remove your glasses to prevent them from getting out of shape. And, it didn't just happen to my mother. While sitting in the Brodell Medical Building for dermatology, where they share offices with VWS, another woman was complaining about the very same issue with them. And they blamed her, just as they did my elderly mother. That prompted me to write this review. Finally, I took my mother to another place to straighten her glasses after taking her to this place six times in months. We were told the entire front of the glasses were warped, which is why no matter how many times we had them straightened, it didn't help. She doesn't sleep or lay down with them on her face to bend or warp them. They are too close to her one eye, and because this interferes with her bifocals, it throws her vision off. She's legally blind with glasses and now this! I am furious at this place for making my already legally blind, ninety-five-year-old mother more miserable with her vision. You should be ashamed! Blaming her as if she did something to her own glasses repeatedly. She's been wearing glasses since she was five years old. She depends on them for the very limited vision she has left. Since this place refuses to return or exchange her glasses, she will have to buy another pair at her own expense. And because she hasn't had them long enough, coupled with her very strong prescription, they will be very expensive. She's on a pension. If you want a great and caring place to go for vision wear, go to Ben Franklin Eye Wear at the Giant Eagle Plaza in Howland. That's where we like to go, but this place had a nice style we liked.
