Walmart Vision & Glasses

Staff is amazing and walked me through everything. Dr was also amazing, he caught things that weren't seenat my lat exam with a different Dr. Overall amazing time there and got the perfect glasses for me thanks to the staff helping and understanding what I wanted!!

If I could give a zero I would. I was told each lens would be $59 each. My bill was almost $300 for just 2 lens as I brought my own frames. Glasses arrived couldn't see sent me home to see if it got better went back said PD was off changed and waited for new pair. Got new pair stuck my old glasses in my purse and they rubbed up against nail file and scraped lens bad! Well I then noticed I was closing one eye to see my phone and TV. I went back referred me to see the dr who suggested on 1st pair no prism waited (he was on vacation then I was on vacation) finally suggest prism waited forced me to send frames to Nikon waited and waited and waited called and stated my eyes hurt wearing these very old glasses and she told me I should have kept my old pair very nasty and rude. Well come to find out Nikon broke my frames. Manager offered to rebuy my frames and she would have Nikon send lens to her abd she would put them in then I stopped in to see where they were and associate stuck her finger in the air at me no hello it will be a moment went behind a wall came out and said manager will be back I couldn't wait I had just grabbed meds for my husband who just had surgery. Manager then calls my phone and leaves message waiting on frames as soon as they arrive she will send them yo Nikon wait story changed as that adds 2 more weeks. I called local store NO help called corporate no help finally called back and spoke with manager of store and he suggested refund so I went in for refund. Nothing but nice to those people waited 5 month for glasses that never worked wearing old school incorrect lens and the manager rolled her eyes at me when I spoke to her in the store afterword. I got in right away to a local eye doctor but I have learned you get what you pay for and the associate was so very kind at the new vision place!

Very impressed! Went in for an exam and get glasses all around great experience & service. With great prices compared to other places. Highly recommend
