Went for appointment today. I'm an elderly person with auto-immunity issues. When I walked in no place to sit people standing. If they'd called I would have rescheduled. I ask to be rescheduled and the comment was well it will count as a no show. That's sad.

I've visited the Chillicothe location in the past (years ago). I knew I needed an eye exam asap because of some issues I'm having... I now live in Waverly and I had no idea they had a Waverly location! I was in and out very quickly but I felt the exam was thorough. My concerns were addressed, the tests were all comfortable and stress free. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The environment encourages ongoing care. I'd recommend friends and family to visit for eye care needs. They accept many insurances including Medicaid. Overall it was a pain free and quick experience. My appointment was right on time and by time I finished my forms, they were ready for me.

I've had two great experiences with this eye center, once for my child and once for myself. Both only for picking out glasses, so I can only speak to that service. In one situation the person taking care of me went above and beyond to accommodate an unusual request/need. I'm incredibly grateful. Thank you!

My glasses broke again in the same spot they broke a month ago. I am so upset that they take advantage of poor people. These glasses cost 500 dollars and at no fault of my own they broke. I really wish these people would lose their livelihood and go out of business. They don't deserve the money of hardworking people.

Staff is rude, took them passed appointment time to get us back, got a text that my glasses were in and called to schedule an appointment to pick them up and they told me i had to get a test done so i couldn't get them till next week. nobody told me about another "test" before now, they need to inform their patients if they're going to need "more testing" which makes no since at all and they wouldn't explain anything to me, the only answer i got was "the doctor would explain more when i came i'm next week."

Ordered sunglasses from them that attach to my glasses (that I purchased there) and was told they were around $35. Got a text saying they were in and when I talked to them they tried to charge me $50. Claiming "we have to charge extras and tax" tax woulda been less than $3. Nothing like being lied to by a business that already makes money off of you.
