Great experience and staff as always. Dr. Montavon, Mrs. Beth and the rest of the staff here actually care about the patient and the quality experience they provide once you step through those doors. It radiates throughout their work and how they try to accommodate everyone's needs to better tailor their experience. I wish I could give more stars. But I definitely recommend giving them your business.

Been going here for years. Love the staff and Dr. Montavon. Best glasses selection around. Full dilated eye exam- very thorough. Reason for only 4 stars is they won't bill insurance for contact lens fittings.

I love this place and the people. Problem is, I've now went to get my contacts multiple times during posted online business hours and they are closed. I understand people need home and family life but with a hectic schedule and working 2nd shift it feels impossible unless you have a scheduled appointment.

AND THEN HAD ME WAITING FOR 2WEEKS FOR GLASSES THAT NEVER CAME..NO CALL TO INFORM ME EITHER..YOU KNEW AT THAT TIME THAT YOU WERE NOT GOING TO TAKE CARESOURCE INSURANCE but INSISTED I COME BACK IN JANUARY WHEN MY ON WOULD PAY FOR MY GLASSES..KNOWING YOU WEREN'T..I SHOULD CONTACT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU..BECAUSE YOU SHOULD OF NEVER DONE THE EYE EXAM EARLY..YOU CHARGED THE STATE OF OHIO FOR THE EYE EXAM..
