This location has really gone downhill the past several years. Most recently an annual checkup took over two hours, and I was charged incorrectly based upon our insurance coverage which will require a return visit. We've used them for over twenty years, but the last few visits suggest lots of turnover and training issues. I do believe the new doctors are competent, but due to their changing staffs we'll be making a change.

I did not like filling out all the paper work handed to me by the receptionist. Please send all registration paperwork in an email, with the reminder of my appt, prior to my visit. One star for Clarkson Eyecare, 5 stars for Dr Chiang and staff.

Front desk always seems bothered to help you, you can get almost everything done in 1 visit minus contacts those take about 1-2 weeks to come to your house but you will spend an arm and a leg and have to book your appointment months in advanced. Currently it's early November they are booked till mid February... I don't keep a count on my contacts. And I need new ones in a month but also need a new eye exam before they will sell me some even though my vision is exactly the same. Canceled my appointment called Walmart instead got me in, in 3 days. And the glasses there are 100% covered with some cute options.
