Today (12/11/2025) was my first visit to Focal Pointe Eye Care, and I was honestly impressed. The staff was very kind, patient, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They also use a lot of modern technology that I didn't even know existed, which made the whole exam feel quick, comfortable, and very thorough.
Overall, my experience was excellent and they went above and beyond my expectations. I 100% recommend Focal Pointe Eye Care to anyone who cares about their vision and wants to be treated with respect and professionalism.

Dr. Fisher is very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. The staff is also very pleasant and helpful. The exam rooms seem to be equipped with the latest equipment. Overall I highly recommend with one caveat. I was prescribed a new, very expensive medication. My wife had an appointment there a week after me and she was also prescribed a very expensive medication. As someone who is responsible for obtaining and renewing health insurance for a small employer, I know how pharmacy costs are impacting our premiums. I would prefer the doctors try something less expensive first rather than going straight to the latest, most expensive medication.

This was my first visit to Focal Pointe Eye care and I was very impressed! The office is new and beautiful and conveniently located off of I75 and across the street from Liberty Way Mall! The entire team-from the front desk staff to the assistants in the back were welcoming and kind!
