I had a Wonderful experience with the staff and Dr !! They was very helpful, polite and caring. I will continue to recommend them and take my business to them. Thanks for a good experience!!

Been going there for years but was my wife's glasses lens came out within 2 days of her receiving the glasses.

I had an eye exam at the West Milton Vision Center on October 7,2024. The day of my exam they gave me a copy of my script. I went and purchased three pairs of glasses at another location. I received my glasses and immediately noticed something was wrong. When my glasses at West Milton Vision Center were ready I went in and explained that something was wrong with the script. The vision in my left eye was awful. They went back and the employee spoke with the doctor and the doctor noticed she did a typo for my astigmatism. It was supposed to be 013 but she put 113. I took the new script to the same place I purchased my three pairs of glasses and since it wasn't their fault, it was West Milton Vision Centers mistake, I had to pay $25.00 each pair to get my correct script put in my glasses. I contacted West Milton Vision Center to let them know that their mistake cost me $75.00 and I needed to be reimbursed for that. They refused because the glasses weren't purchased at their store. Had the eye doctor not made a mistake when typing the script in the computer, I wouldn't be in this situation. If a business makes a mistake and it costs someone money, they should be held liable. I should be reimbursed the $75.00 I had to pay for their mistake. This is bad business! *Edit* October 25,2024 After leaving my review and leaving a BBB review I received a phone call from West Milton Vision Center. They decided to reimburse me for the $75.00 that their mistake cost me. Since that was the only problem with my experience, I have changed my rating. Thanks for making it right.

Can't thank them enough for helping me out and being so kind. I wasn't even a patient there yet. They put in more effort into helping me than I have seen any other office do. Highly recommend them.

My wife went in for an appointment was sent to er by quack Megan who told my wife she had symptoms of a stroke, long story short wife was in hospital the weekend no stroke or signs of it and healthy, and now I am stuck with a 4,000 medical bill, no thanks to her incompetence. Stay away from this place!!!

Very High priced, exam felt like half an exam compared to our other Dr( He retired) Put glasses on face and didn't want to take time to adjust. Will go somewhere different next time

I went there 8 months ago to buy a pair if new frames and had them make one prescription lens..im Blind in one eye and all they had to make was one lens..they had to make the prescription over a second time at no cost but still can't see any better and price was 700.00..will never go go back...not recommend unless your rich.

I'm a Welder and while cutting metal, a shard shot under my safety glasses and hit me in the eye, thanks to the wonderful Dr. Bertke, my eye and vision has been saved !! I ain't rich and paid outta pocket and the fees were affordable and fair !!!! Thank you ladies
