Carole Burns, OD

Dr. Burns is the eye Dr. for both of my children, she is patient, warm and interested in their development beyond their vision. Seriously, she is an amazing clinician and everyone in the practice is great. The kids LOVE munching on popcorn waiting for their visit, the Polaris location is especially kid-friendly.

Had I not seen Dr. Burns for my vision I would have gone blind. Dr Erdey office never referred me to any Retina specialist. I had the pleasure to be seen by Carole and she diagnosed me with narrow angle meaning I cannot have any dilated eye exam which would have blinded me had Erdeys office done this to me Carole office ran tests and told me I had swelling in my Retina and got me into Retina Group. I am being scheduled to have surgery with a Dr to fix.my narrow angle and Retina group to cauterize my retinopathy. So glad I saw Dr Burns She is 5 star, care about her patients and dedicated to her profession Carole is one in a million. Thanks for all Roz

We love Dr Burns! She is patient and amazing with children. We always get the most thorough and complete eye exams.

I have been going to her since I was six. She was the first doctor to diagnose me with convergence insufficiency and went to eye therapy with her for the next four years. Coming from the angle of said child she is very good with children and explaining things on their level.

I have gone to this place for a few years and over the years the service has become worse and worse. They are an hour behind a lot and when you call to get a prescription refilled they don't do it unless you call repeatedly if they do it at all. I highly recommend you go somewhere else where you can trust the staff to do the job your paying them to do.
