I have referred patient to him for over 18 years. He is personable and a great Doctor and he is handsome, lol

I'm shocked by the negative reviews. Dr Calloway performed my mother's cataract surgery. He was kind and gentle with her. He was kind in her follow up appointments.

Dr. Calloway is very thorough. He really cares about his patients eyes.

Extremely racist and unprofessional, he came an hour late and without his uniform. The equipment was dirty and He assumed my father didn't speak English and that I was an interpreter. He had no idea what he was doing and the entire appointment was a mess. He also has anger issues and gets mad over little things, I have no idea why he was yelling at 8 in the morning on a Monday morning. I imagine as a eye doctor you would need patience with people, especially his mostly elderly patients. I would highly recommend going to ANYONE else avoid this guy if you can. Trash doctor, He needs his license taken away.

Very rude doctor. We went there to get a second opinion from Calloway Jr George before cataract surgery. Before he came to us, he was arguing with an old lady that was in the room next to us. We could hear what he was saying to her and how bad it was! When he came for us, I asked him a question about an eye exam he did. He got mad immediately and said, he couldn't tolerate people asking him questions. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Suggestion: If you can't handle your anger then being an eye doctor might not be the right profession for you. PLEASE work on your anger because if you don't you could really hurt someones health.

Dr. Calloway has been my ophthalmologist for 25 years and I will have no other. When I had to have Cataract surgery, he demonstrated what all physicians should and that is the 3 p's (professionalism, patient and personable). I highly recommend Dr. Calloway.

Dr. George Calloway I visited Dr Calloway office about 7 years ago I was told that I had cataracts due to diabetes and eyes over 40 Dr Calloway explain to me exactly what was going on with my eyes I was so nervous Dr Calloway assured me that everything was going to be okay he helped me understand exactly what procedures needed to be done so yes I agree to this I had to go in really early in the morning when I walk into the building I was greeted with a very fun staff who put me at ease instantly spoke to Dr Calloway right before the surgery it was over before I knew it I want to thank you Dr Calloway for being kind and patient with me I can see a lot better honestly thank you they wrote a song about it and it goes like this I can see clearly now that the rain is full I can see all the obstacles in my way again thank you you are and Awesome Doctor and I feel that you are a true friend keep up the good work stay safe Happy New Year's to you and your family

Spent two hours there and this doctor does not do prescriptions for glasses or contacts. I wish I had that information before I went here.
