On 2/26/2025. experienced prompt professional service. I paid for my glasses. Called two weeks later, glasses not arrived yet. Stopped by office a week later, still no glasses. Waited another week, another excuse. Asked for refund, no response. Asking for anyone that can assist me in getting me my glasses or my money back to help me. It is going on 6 months, and this is a hardship on me. I can't understand how I have to continuously ask for a product I paid for or for my money back for a product I never received. It has been a struggle buying and wearing the drug store reading glasses for my vision often having to wear two pair to work as the bi vocal I need and purchased prescribed and never received from Image Optical. If this is not their normal practice than this need to be addressed immediately.. Over 5 months of no glasses and no refund is not acceptable.

Dr. Clark and staff are professional and friendly. The customer service is amazing! I've been a happy customer for over a decade.

I love coming here, dr Clark is the best. There are supply chain issues that sometimes, from reading reviews, delay the delivery of contacts and or glasses. Guess I'm lucky I don't wear glasses, because I've had to wait for contacts, but if I needed a pair he had samples. I was worried about my eyesight last appt and it was only a change in prescription, so my fears have been for not.

I order contacts last December for my step daughter and still don't have them. They gave me the excuse their is a big backorder from the company. They told me that twice. Then in July he said he would order them from a different company. Still didn't get any contacts. It been 11 months and I still don't have them. I wouldn't recommend this eye doctor.

Based on the service I got lately, they do not exemplify empathy or kindness to others. My 8 year old son had an emergency need to upgrade his glasses and visited the eye doctor in Nov. 2023. They seemed enthusiastic; charged us insurance co-pay and promised to deliver new glasses within 2 weeks. After waiting for 3 weeks, we called their office and left voice mails severally but they did not respond. They finally responded to our call after 4 weeks and sadly, they couldn't provide any updates or ETA. We explained that my son accidentally broke the glasses during the wait and reiterated the emergency. They then promised to call us back but never did. After waiting for additional weeks with no updates, we decided to visit another eye doctor, and the new doctor delivered within 2 weeks. It has been 3 months since we ordered the glasses and till date, no updates, explanation, delivery, or co-pay refund. This kind of customer service is not humane, especially to kids. It appears to be just profit-oriented. It was such a time-wasting, awful and disappointing experience.

I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Clark! He and his staff are welcoming and take time to talk to you during the appointment. I appreciate how detailed he is during the check up. He uses each thing as a teachable moment. Highly recommend! Danny

My husband and I have been on the hunt for an eye doctor and recently saw Dr. Clark based on a reccomendation from a mom's group. We were both very happy with the appointment. He was very nice and very personable! Definitely a doctor that will remember you and have that personal touch which is exactly what I was looking for. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Dr. Clark is the best. I am able to call him a friend outside of our professional relationship and I'm truly grateful for that!
