Excellent facility and staff! I was treated like a celebrity. 3 people I was helped by that deserve their name mentioned. Gisele Martin was the staff that got myself a same day vist. Danielle Storey was the staff that checked my eyes and helped me before the doctor came in. She's very thorough and kind. Dr.Kristin M. Zulliger was my doctor and she helped me immensely and was so thorough I had no questions after my visit. This is truly a 10 out of 10 expirence and I highly recommend and will be back. Thank you to all the staff!

My mother had 2 previous appointments that were fine.. Today we arrived at 220pm to ck in for her 230pm appointment which is a 30min drive each way from our home. Around 245pm we were taken back by the assistant to a room. My mother is 83yrs old with incontinence, balance issues, short term memory loss as well as extremely irritated dry eyes which was her reason for the eye appointment . At 345 pm we were still sitting in the treatment room. I finally walked out to the front desk to ask if the Dr. Martinez may have forgotten about us because we have been sitting in that room an hour. The receptionist told me there were 3 more patients to be seen before they could get to my mother's appointment. Havener Eye Institute please be appreciative of people's time! Especially when the person waiting has disabilities! I completely understand that sometimes things happen and doctors can get behind in their schedule but at least have the consideration to call the patients and let them know they may be waiting quite awhile longer so the patients can plan for it even reschedule their appointment. My son had to be at an event today so we were forced to reschedule today's appointment and were given a date of around May 11th when we could get back in to see Dr. Martinez. Another level of poor service by the front desk. Please ask your patients the urgency of their situation. My mother is suffering from severe eye pain and should have been offered something on an urgency basis. For all these reasons we will not be returning to the facility.

I have been seeing Dr. Davidorf for 3-4 years and I live in Dayton. He is a skilled, knowledgeable and caring physician. He takes extra time to make sure eye injections are painless by using numbing drops. He makes me feel like I am his only patient.

We arived based on an email about our upcoming appointment, only to be told the adress they gave is was the wrong location. This is the second time in a row we have be told this by ohio state hospitals. We had driven over an hour to get here to be turned away at the door. Now we are unsure if we will make it in time

First time at this location. Plenty of parking available. No line and plenty of room in the waiting room. Everyone was professional and friendly. The chair in the examination room was just wiped clean and the doctor was thorough and explained my condition and situation to my understanding. Very good experience!!!

It's ok for what it is, a doctor's office.
