Professional Eye Care at Westar

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had an issue with the fit of my glasses, and Nisha was extremely kind and helpful. She took the time to make sure everything was just right and never once made me feel like a burden. Excellent customer service all around.

This place is amazing. Big shout out to Hilary, Tracy, and Dr. Kelly. They were all so friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Dr. Kelly really took her time to listen, explain and answer any questions. You can tell she loves her job and takes pride in doing it well. Tracy absolutely made my day. This was my first eye appointment on my own insurance and I was nervous. Insurance is confusing. Not only did Tracy take the time to help me hunt down which frames suited me best, but she meticulously explained my different pricing options with my insurance. AND made me laugh! She went above and beyond. As an anxious girly, I couldn't have asked for a better experience!! Thank you so much!!

Great experience, appointment was on time and thorough and I never felt rushed. Good selection of frames and the staff was happy to help me select something that looked good. Would highly recommend for full service eye care.

I initially came in seeking to get a specific brand of sunglasses because the location where I obtained my Rx didn't carry them. After doing the measurements and ordering the frames/lenses, they arrived and I tried them on. Long story short, something wasn't right with the fit and something wasn't right with my Rx (again, obtained from another location). Dr. Olding met with me to dial in my Rx and Nisha and Megan were very patient with me and listened to my concerns then helped me pick out a better pair of frames that worked for my needs as a runner/cyclist. Buying sunglasses isn't easy if you have a complicated Rx but they nailed it for me. I definitely recommend giving Professional Eye Care at Westar a try! They will help you through the process until you are satisfied.

Phenomenal Service. Shelby at the front desk was super friendly and Elizabeth seemed like she was a 20 year tech. Dr. Fragoulis is a wizard behind the phoropter.

I have been to this eye doctor's office a few times for appointments and always have felt raked over the coals with crazy high prices. I allegedly had the best eye insurance back in 2021 and I got a pair of Vera Bradley glasses and walked out of their door $600 less than I walked in. Within less than a year one of the legs fell off and they had to be replaced since they could not be repaired. When I received the replacement pair I was super careful because I didn't want them to break again. Monday April 29th I was putting them on and the leg detached from the frame without warning. I wasted my time and gasoline today traveling to the Eye doctor for them to tell me the defective eye glasses that they sold me was past the warranty date so they couldn't help me. They never sent my results to my family doctor from the last time I had a check up. At my check up I had been asked if I wanted to try some sample contacts. I received 5 disposable lenses for each eye. They charged me $100+ for some check up fee for contact follow up. ?? There are a few other concerns I have with this eye care facility, but I am sure I am running out of space. The one word I have for this facility is shady.

I am a new patient here at this facility and must I say, they are extremely welcoming. I interacted with 4 different people and every single person I met was very nice. They are quick too. I was done with my appointment within 45 mins. Definitely going to come back them. Can't recommend them enough!!!!

Dr.Kelly has been incredible, really the entire team from receptionist to optometrist have been great. As a new client(patient?) I've found myself actively sharing how happy I've been with their service so far!
