The Solution Center

My twins had their first visit today and I could not be happier. Dr Eibon and his staff were amazing and took the time to explain everything to myself and my husband very thoroughly. They were patient and kid friendly and my boys did much better with them than they do with their last eye doctor. Extremely happy with The Solution Center and cannot thank them enough!

My 5 year old gets very nervous with medical stuff. The staff here were so great with him. They made it fun and engaging. And when things got a little hard for him they met him where he was at. We saw Dr. Eibon and he was great!

The staff here are extremely kind and patient. I was very impressed at their ability to keep my almost 2 year old's attention with lots of fun tricks up their sleeve! They took their time, but also made sure she was content the entire time, even putting her favorite show on the screen.

I took my child here for the 1st time & was amazed. Dr Jennifer & the staff are kind, compassionate & helpful to their clients & each other. I have never had such a wonderful experience at any vision center. The place is clean & kid friendly, we will gladly be back!

As a parent with a special needs child, I've never felt more heard, understood, and taken care of. Dr. Burns listens to every concern and makes sure that she addresses them with compassion. I would go here over and over again. Cannot recommend this place enough!

If you are looking for a pediatric eye care provider, look no further! Always a wonderful experience - the staff and providers are always great with our young kiddo, adapting to what she needs in the moment to make her comfortable while getting needed results. We always feel comfortable asking questions and allow our kiddo to be herself. Cannot be more thankful for this practice!

I would like to share my wonderful experience with the doctors and staff at the Solution Center. Just over a year ago, I began experiencing vertigo while driving. Over the next 8-10 months, I visited my primary care doctor, who referred me to a neurologist. The neurologist diagnosed me with an inner ear disorder and recommended physical therapy. However, after two months of therapy with no improvement--and with my physical therapist noting that I wasn't showing the typical signs of an inner ear disorder--I began to do my own research. That's when I discovered that vision issues can cause symptoms similar to what I was experiencing. I visited my optometrist, who diagnosed me with convergence insufficiency and referred me to the Solution Center for vision therapy. From the very beginning, Dr. Derek and the staff at the Solution Center were thorough, professional, and compassionate. They evaluated my condition and created a customized treatment plan. I attended weekly one-hour sessions at the office, which included a variety of vision exercises, and continued these exercises at home throughout the week. After just 2-3 months of vision therapy, I noticed a dramatic improvement--my vertigo symptoms had nearly disappeared. This was life-changing for me, as the condition had significantly affected my mobility and daily life for such a long time. I strongly encourage anyone with similar issues to contact the Solution Center as it impacted my vision and my overall mobility in a very positive way.
