The wait time are a little expensive but Dr Mendel is worth the wait with we wonder attention and care he gives to his patience. He listens and helps them feel valued.

This was one of the worse experiences. The staff that answered the phone told me the doctor was a posterior uveitis specialist and that the doctors work all the time with doctors in Cincinnati. Neither of those things were true. He spent all of 15 minutes with me after their sign says the doctors spend 2-4 hours with u. Your wait maybe 4 hours, but time spent is actually only 15 minutes. HUGE waste of time for me and my husband coming from Cincinnati to drive to Columbus only to find he wasn't even qualified to help me.
