Not EVEN 1 star but it wouldn't let me do less. Terrible practice. Stay way from this place. I went here for a few years and all was fine- at first. Maybe a bit slow in getting the products but liked it overall. Then products started taking months- i mean like 6 months time to come in. And I had to call many times to get updates. Never a call to update me, but I HAD TO CALL. I'm not sure what happened, but all of a sudden things went downhill. Then tried one more time- ordered new lenses for my 2 frames. Ordered those in March or April 2024 and still no reply and finally got them in November. Checked my vision insurance and it seems as though they never even processed the claim until November- more than likely when they finally actually ordered it. So got my new lenses only to have one of the pairs shattered so those had to go back to get fixed. Was told it would take maybe a few weeks but here we are January 2026- multiple years later. I called and left many messages and have NEVER heard back. I even contacted the Attorney General's office to make them aware of the stolen money. As you pay upfront for the lenses/services. Please report this business. They shouldn't be taking advantage of people's money. It's hard enough to pay for things, let alone a person/doctor you trusted to start stealing it. Do NOT go here.

I'll let my texts between myself & Dr Todd Clark's secretary show how Irresponsible & Dishonesty comes into play... I've been Silent on this review due to he was a compassionate eye dr at 1st in 2020 but I Didn't expect all the BS after almost 4yrs this Jan. I DON'T Recommend this office at ALL. I have yet to receive $65.00 refund & my son's glasses (we've all 3 been trying to even get our RX's Emailed for our next eye Dr again NOTHING! ; probably with this review I'll Never get my $65.00 Refund but I'm sick of walking on egg shells with this "business" I'm also reporting to Medicaid & BBB of Ohio. Of course if I had received the refund/certified check there would be a PAPER TRIAL cuz as soon as I receive it I'm cashing it & then you'll have the proof I received it!!!!

This doctor lost a pair of my frames and will not return my calls and brushes me off when I stop by the office. Would not recommend seeing him. I just want a refund.

Our family has been seeing Dr Clark for approximately four years and the office has always been slow to produce product, but this most recent encounter is the last straw. I ordered and paid for glasses, sunglasses and contact lenses. That is a whole lot of money. Speaking of money they still have mine. I ordered the glasses December 20 and the came in in March and I could not see out of them. Wry blurry and bifocal in the incorrect place. The glasses were sent t back to the lab to be corrected, in February. Today is April 15 and still no glasses, sunglasses or contacts. My husband asked for a refund and the Dr asked for another chance to make it right. So, 4 months later, no glasses and no refund. Will not recommend this business was ever again. Furthermore, you have to physically go to the office to be heard as the phone is never answered. Beginning to suspect fraud. Tried to support local, but got burned.

First and foremost, I strongly advise against wasting your time or money here. While I acknowledge Dr. Clark's medical expertise, I also notice significant shortcomings in his business management and a lack of transparency and accountability. In early April 2024, I visited Dr. Clark for an eye exam and contact lens order. I paid my co-pay and was informed that the contacts would be delivered within two weeks. However, a month passed without any communication from Dr. Clark or his office. I attempted to reach out by leaving voicemails, but neither my calls nor voicemails were returned. Undeterred, I called back a week later, leaving another voicemail. Despite my efforts, there was no response from either Dr. Clark or his office. Frustrated, I decided to visit the office. The receptionist was friendly and informed me that Dr. Clark was currently occupied with a patient but would speak to him about my concern and they would reach back out to me via phone. Unfortunately, that call never materialized. Four months had elapsed since my initial visit, and I was at a loss. I contacted my insurance company to inquire about any potential issues with the contact lens order. Surprisingly, my insurance company revealed that Dr. Clark had not utilized my eye benefits for contacts. Disappointed but hopeful, my insurance company offered to contact Dr. Clark to express my concerns and explore any possible solutions. They reached out to Dr. Clark, who informed them that he had mistakenly ordered the contacts under the wrong patient's name. He had since rectified the error and assured them that the contacts would arrive within two weeks. Dr. Clark also offered to provide me with a month-long trial pair of contacts, which I accepted and picked up. Initially satisfied with this resolution, I waited the designated two weeks. However, the contacts never arrived, prompting me to call Dr. Clark once again. I left another voicemail, but there was no response. Despite my patience, I continued to engage in this process with Dr. Clark until January 2025. While there were no follow-up calls from his office, I noticed that he was always present when I visited the office. However, my insurance repeatedly stated that he was not processing my order using my benefits. Consequently, my insurance recommended that I order contacts from another provider. In February 2025, I visited a local Columbus eye doctor and underwent an eye exam. I received my contacts within eight business days from the other eye doctor! The following day, I visited Dr. Clark's office to request a refund of my co-payment and to inquire about the reason behind his failure to order my contacts. He had the audacity to display an attitude and engage in an argument with me in his lobby, while other patients waited. Dr. Clark demonstrated a lack of empathy and repeatedly claimed that the contacts were backordered and that he had informed me they would arrive soon. When I questioned why he had not followed up on my voicemails or calls, he offered no explanation. He refused to acknowledge his negligence and became upset that I was requesting a refund when he had assured me that the contacts would be delivered on Tuesday. It has now been eight months since my initial visit, and I did not think it was unreasonable to expect that contacts can be ordered and delivered within a reasonable timeframe. After much back-and-forth, Dr. Clark eventually returned my co-payment. My suspicion is that the vendor he uses for glasses or contacts is extremely inexpensive and inefficient. This explains his reluctance to provide follow-ups and his hope that customers will either forget about their orders or become frustrated enough to dismiss the issue as a loss. Regardless of the underlying reasons, Dr. Clark's actions have been unacceptable, and I expect better from a medical professional. To avoid any further inconvenience or disappointment, I strongly advise you to steer clear of this office and Dr. Clark at all costs.

I order contacts in December and as of September I still don't have my contracts. It can't take 9 months to get contracts. In February he try to say there was a big backlog. In July he said it was still a big backlog, he then reorder them from a different manufacturer. It now December of the next year and I still don't have the contacts. Dr Clark never has called me to tell me about the backorder issue and how do you have a one year backorder on contacts. Then I read past reviews and seen this has happened before. I would never go back to this eye doctor.

I have seen Dr. Clark twice in the last 3 years. Both times, I had an eye exam and ordered contacts. Both times, I was lied to about when my contacts would arrive. Most recently, I was seen on 2/4, told my lenses would be in by 2/16. Today is 3/21, and they still don't have them. I have repeatedly called and asked about them, and it's always, "they'll be in this week" with no communication until I call. The first time I saw him, and it ended up taking 6 weeks. Starting to think insurance fraud. All I've asked for is communication. My insurance has already paid for the contacts. If there's a shipping error, I can understand that. But how likely is it that there's been 1 shipping error / week, both times that I've ordered contacts from them? I find it unlikely. It almost seems like they're taking insurance $ and hoping you don't follow up. The first time, I wrote it off as a fluke. I will NEVER give my business, or my recommendation to this HORRIBLE office again. Stay away if you actually want the supplies that you pay for.
