ClearSight Eye Care Willoughby

I love everything about thos location in Willoughby! I have been a patient for over 5 years and I refuse to go anywhere else for my eye care. The doctor, staff, and selection of glasses are all amazing!

They were professional and the Doctor explained everything to me and when I didn't understand, he made sure I did before I left. They took time to help me find glasses that fit my face.

We have just started using this doctor and location. This eye doctor has taught us more about eye care, and the types of sight we each have, than any other eye doctors we have ever gone to. And we have all been visiting eye doctors since we were very young. Our time there is engaging, and at each appointment we are not quickly cycled through or treated like just a number. We are a patient. The ladies there take care of us and answer questions, even helped pick out the right frame for the type of lens I was getting - which my previous office did not do. Now I am so happy with the lenses and glasses! Recently, when I had a question about my new glasses and a cost on the receipt, Sue was super patient listening to me and we took care of everything over the phone. They do get busy, and sometimes the wait time is a little longer than we'd like, but for the service and attention to our eyesight, it's worth it. (Any doctor's office that has a wait is worth it if that's the kind of service they are providing.) Thank you to the doctor and staff at Clearsight. (Update: Beware that you may be called for an appointment for an eye exam that is possibly not approved by your insurance company. The office may say that it is, but double check with your provider, because the office system does not always clearly indicate approved visits. Always best to check before you go in.)

Dr Marshall and the staff there are AaaaMazing! He is the first doctor in all the years I've worn glasses (51yrs) that has taken the time to truly explain eye health and vision goals. It wasn't enough to improve my sight, he wanted my vision to be the best possible, better than 20/20 (legally blind without correction). The ladies there have all been very complimentary and patient each and every time I've ordered new lenses. Thanks ClearSight Willoughby.
