Be sure to ask to see a breakdown of the costs. I ordered glasses, I have a very strong, progressive prescription and was told the rectangular frames I chose would be great for me. When the glasses came in, the lenses were blurry and unclear compared to my current glasses (purchases elsewhere). They tried to tell me it was because my prescription had changed. That didn't make sense to me because if anything, the new lenses should be an improvement. I asked what my options were for a return and they said they could only offer to remake the lenses. I was told at the time of ordering I was getting the best possible lenses, so remaking didn't make sense. I asked about the return policy and was told there was none, but I did recall being told they have a 30 day money back guarantee. When I asked about this, the associate first told me that was not the case and after pressing what the policy was, she abruptly agreed to refund my money. In addition, when I looked over the breakdown of the bill ( which I was not offered, I had to request this) I was charged $45.00 for a warranty that I was never asked about and did not agree to. I called my former eyeglass provider that no longer takes my insurance, and their lens portion pricing for glasses are less without insurance than what Eyetique was charging with insurance for comparable or in my opinion, lower quality lens. If I didn't have such a complicated prescription, there may not have been an issue, and they do have a very nice selection of frames. But communication and customer service is lacking.

Just purchased Maui Jim sunglasses from Eyetique. I offered to drive from Columbus to pick up but Michelle insisted on sending them to me free of charge UPS. The level of service and attentiveness at Eyetique - ETON is nothing less than STELLAR. Customer for life or at least until Michelle retires. Brien

Nice people, optometrist was very good. If you don't mind dropping $1K on glasses, I'm sure their fine for that too.

My experience was great. Dr.Roytman wasn't available. I was seen by Dr. Ross, both Dr's excellent. I just love Johnny has A great sense of humor makes you feel very comfortable. So glad I chose Eyetique to be my place for glasses.

Very bad experience!!! Poor customer service, over charged without asking. I have 100% insurance coverage and they said I just need to pay for frame which was only $90 but at the end she charged almost $400 to put I don't no what in his glasses???? and glasses does have even tint and other screen protector, UV protection nothing in it ???? After waiting over 15 days no one called to pick up my husband's glasses and when I went to ask in person first the guy said maybe it will come today then he said actually it is here and I was in their list to call me today. When he brought the glasses it was in small box you can't even close it , and he said they don't have such biggg box for big frames etc He said he tried to find the right size box for this glasses for last 3 days and glasses just arrived today as he said to me earlier, Lied over lied then I asked him politely to check again because we need to travel and my husband should have proper glasses cover.... Then he checked and find it... I got soooo much stress to deal with them with their strange attitude on top of it !!!!!
