Dr. Patterson's Family Eyecare

The doctor and staff are kind. Very affordable. Highly recommend. My first doctor Retired the second doctor recently died so Dr. Patterson is the third doctor.. I've been to eye care associates in between a few times for surgery and Didn't really care for it.. highly recommend Dr. Patterson.

Dr. Patterson has a very natural, authentic vibe. He's original, intelligent, and clearly works in his own confident flow. What I really appreciated is that he does the measurements and much of the exam himself -- it shows care, skill, and genuine involvement rather than rushing or delegating everything. The experience felt thoughtful, personal, and professional. You can tell he truly knows what he's doing and takes pride in his work.

When calling to confirm my appointment today I was immediately put on an 8 minute hold. Upon arrival, this being my first time here, employees were quite loudly gossiping behind the counter about fellow employees the entire time I filled out my new patient paperwork. The person in front of me in line advised that they had already waited 45 minutes past her appointment time, and there was also one additional person in front of me as well. When I asked about the wait time, the receptionist told me that it was normal. I canceled my appointment. Here's hoping they were just having a bad day.

My husband and I have been coming to Dr. Patterson for years and we've always been treated very kindly and sweetly by the staff. My husband loves talking Ohio State football with Dr. Patterson and I enjoy the selection of glasses they have to choose from. Now that my husband and I are getting older the Dr checks for new diseases that may be coming along ...he is very thorough with his eye exam and I appreciate that.

I have always had the best treatment with Dr. Patterson. Office hours make it easy to get an appointment, especially juggling my work schedule. If you need anything, especially glasses, Lisa is your girl! It's such a struggle for me to pick a pair of glasses, I try on tons of frames.... So many to choose from... and she always leads me to the best pair! I get so many compliments on my glasses, so I always recommend Dr. Patterson. Great doctor, great staff! Thanks for all you do!

I highly recommend Dr. Patterson and his office staff. This was 1st visit after 8 years of not having an eye Dr. There wasn't a long wait 2 b seen, everyone was so very polite and smiling. Thank all of you for a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Dr. Patterson for all of your eye's needs

I have been searching for years for a caring and thorough optometrist and finally I was lucky enough to find Dr. Patterson. I had an appointment today and I walked into the office not being able to see clearly with the contacts that were prescribed to me by a different eye doctor. I suffered a year with my old prescription, my head and eyes hurt constantly and everything was always dull and blurry. Dr. Patterson took his time with me, he did a thorough exam and when he took me back and handed me the sample contact lenses, as soon as I put the first lense in I was amazed, everything was so bright and clear plus I could even read small words clear across the room. I highly recommend him and I immediately contacted my daughter and other family members and told them that he was a fantastic doctor, they have already booked appointments with him. Finally, I can't forget to mention that the office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, all of the ladies I spoke to, on the phone and in person, were all incredibly nice!
