Completely useless office staff they ordered wrong lenses and put them in the wrong frame returned them got the right lenses wrong frames they only off to up sell me. Then the girl said she feels uncomfortable after taking my money not giving me the wrong product and said "I feel uncomfortable leave" .... you feel uncomfortable I was wronged and basically stolen from i never raise my voice never did anything. So after so many years of using eye care I will never use this place or any eye care place again

Dr. Barrett is absolutely the best Opthamologist I have ever been to. He is extremely good at his work and friendly, easygoing, helpful, and knowledgeable. I used to see him at another location, but I really don't like how that office is run by Eye Care Associates. But I love Dr. Barrett, so I go where he goes!! Highly recommend his services!! The associates at the office are also helpful and friendly. If you're in need of an eye exam, don't hesitate to make an appointment today! Great job, everyone !!

I was a patient at Eye Care Associates for years. I think my doctor there is now retired. The office changed a lot of things a few years ago. They would no longer provide the eyeglasses under Medicaid. My doctor started to get snooty, with derogatory comments about low income, and dismissed my concerns as trivial.
I stopped going there after that. Who wants to be insulted.
