Optical Solutions

I had problems with another place and I came to Optical Solutions needing help with my insurance company covering a contact eye exam and contacts themselves. The manager and Kelly both immediately got on the phone with my insurance and took care of everything for me right infront of my face. I could not have asked for better customer service and I will 1000% be returning for my next yearly eye exam! Thank you so so much! Sincerely, a 24 year old who has no idea what she's doing :)

This is my second year going to them. The drs are spot on! Both prescriptions for my contacts have been perfect, the first time. As with other places I've gone I've had to go back several times to get it right. Thank you everyone there is polite and take their time with you.

My wife and I have been patients at Optical Solutions for about 5 years. We both really like Dr. Moore. She is fantastic, she is detailed in her examinations and openly discusses her evaluation. The opticians are also fantastic! Our vision insurance provides for 1 exam and 1 pair of glasses each year. I usually get my glasses without any extra expense. My wife is a little extra because of her add ons. I'm wearing my newest glasses now, they are great! Definitely recommend!

Everyone is great there but one woman is highly rude and mean and makes fun of your looks and she's short brown hair with blond highlights and kinda chunky side she also put bifocals in my husbands glasses when Dr never said that and she's a drama queen the Dr did yell at her for my husband glasses so he has to have his redone safe to say I'm going to a new place because of her I loved all the other staff and Dr is very nice and kind and listens to you just that one lady who works there she refused me to know her name when I asked. I definitely won't come back of people are to be treated in that fashion

I used to think this place was the best, but the last pair of glasses I got last year cost over $900. I didn't pick anything fancy either. Just last week I was gently wiping my glasses and they broke in two. Only 11 months old. Dr. More is great but their optical wear is to expensive and the product is cheap. Do go there.

Dr.Moore was excellent and the rest of the staff was the same. From the lady at the front desk(forgot her name) to Anita that helped me choose and fit my glasses. Wish I went to Optical Solutions when I had my last eye exam and glasses. Will be going there for now on!!

Horrible in every aspect of business! I waited two hours in the waiting room before having my eye exam. When in there, the whack job doctor suggested that I have a brain tumor. It's been 4 weeks and my glasses still aren't in. When I call to inquire about them, I get the same....."we'll call the lab and give you a call back". I NEVER get a call back. One time they told me there was a delay on my frames and they were shipping tomorrow. I was ecstatic that I was actually going to get my glasses........that was a week ago. I called them again and was told "my manager is gone for the day, I will CERTAINLY let her know about this issue and have her call you back". No return call yet again. They have ONE more chance to succeed in a portion of their customer service......but I have my doubts that the glasses will be correct if I ever get them. They're going for a 100% failure rate across the board. Edit: Glasses showed up. Customer service got better after 4 weeks. Review bumped up to 3 stars. I hope that this situation was a one time thing. Noone is perfect.

I really like this company. The girls are great friendly efficient. They know what they're doing they answer questions no matter what they are. They're great at repairing glasses. Very happy with the eye exam. Very happy with the eyeglass selection. I do highly recommend this company
