Julia is absolutely amazing! She provided excellent customer service on several different occasions where she was the only person in the office and had scheduled appointments and walk-in customers all at once. Though she is very professional and knowledgeable, she puts customers of all ages at ease with her bubbly personality!

Very best eye exam I ever had in my whole life! Julia was wonderful. She is extremely professional and thorough, but especially kind. I had a bad experience with an eye doctor's office years ago and have always been afraid to go for an exam. She actually made the entire exam fun, and it was so interesting to see pictures of my eyes, and to learn stuff. I was leery at first, knowing the actual doctor would not be there in the room, but on a computer screen, but it was totally fine because I realized if they had been there sitting next to me they would still just be looking at my test results and pictures anyway. They both took all the time in the world and made you feel like you were the only person they had to see the whole day and was truly the best exam I ever had. I would've paid double. I would seriously do a commercial for them for free-ha ha.

My experience here was awesome! I popped in on a Thursday, and unfortunately they were too full to see me last minute, but I was able to get scheduled for an exam by Saturday morning. The check in process was so easy using the provided tablet at the clinic. I was seen on time. Julia, COA, handled my whole exam, which was extremely comprehensive. She was so pleasant, informative and explained everything perfectly when I had questions. I also loved that the eye machine was all automated based on info. that Julia plugged into the computer based on my answers, as compared to older models that have to be adjusted manually as you move through the exam. So neat! The end of the exam was concluded by a Telehealth visit with the eye doctor who reviewed my exam and findings, made sure my questions were answered (which Julia handled mostly during the exam process) and then he signed off on my Rx. My cash pay cost was $75. Total time was probably just shy of an hour. Overall, probably the best eye exam experience I've had to date personally. I highly recommend this location!

Julia is amazing! I brought myself, my 14 and 8 year old to her. She took the time to make sure they were comfortable and was so darling with my daughter. And I love the convenience of being by Costco. I will definitely come back.

I came here for the first time a few weeks ago, and Julia is amazing!! She is so wonderful, lovely, and made the entire experience a breeze! If you need an eye exam, definitely come see her!

Julia is super nice, but outside of that I largely regret trying this instead of going to a real optometrist. Had my appointment Tuesday, it's Thursday and I still don't have my prescription, no notification when filling the form in the portal, and when it finally does get sent the links don't work and there's no one to reply to. Was pulling teeth just to make the appointment, was made to wait for 20 minutes before I saw a face or checked in, without AC, and now it's impossible to find even a way to get support or who to call with issues regarding my inability to obtain my prescription. The RX portal is broken and there's literally no way to find who to call on their website or on costco's website. 0/0 would not recommend. If someone doesn't reach out to me with my prescription by end of today I will be seeking a chargeback with my cc

By far the best eye exam experience i ever had. Hailey was amazing! Very knowledgeable, and friendly. I will be returning for sure!

Located in the new Costco building, this facility is a new concept where you check in and give the local technician your info and preliminary tests are performed. You are then seated in a typical optician's chair and connected to the REMOTE tech who would do the actual test via a data/video/audio link. She asked about my eye care history. The conversation that followed was longer than my summary in the next sentences, but you'll get the idea. I said that a prism had been installed a number of years ago, but had been removed and not in my glasses for several years. She then replied she would have to have a doctor approve removing a prism. I said not needed because it had been removed years ago. She, very sharply replied, I have to get a doctors approval for that AND, unfortunately, the data link to the doctors is down and didn't know when it might be back up. Examination ended. I really just think she didn't get what I was telling her. So much for "remote" technology. Very much a waste of time. Please note, although I did not get her name, the local receptionist/tech at the Costco location was awesome. Only communication problems came after the remote connection.
