Dr Diver is good. The desk girls are extremely rude and have an attitude (At least the ones working today) I think Cindy was her name, loved her tone as she was talking down to me. They always try to tell me my insurance doesn't cover something and every single time we call and play the insurance game i am right and my insurance does. I feel like they sneak little charges in unless you catch them I.E. the $25 contact fitting charge that my insurance 100% covers. And then they get attitudes / angry when i try to stand my ground! 100% will not be coming back. The owasso location is a different story very sweet girls working the desk / checkout area. But i live in Tulsa, will not be going back to Tulsa location. Maybe train your people on customer service / Miss Cindy take a relaxation yoga class XOXO

The staff and physicians are not vaccinated for Covid, though as medical professionals they are in a priority group where the all should now be fully vaccinated. They are leaving it up to personal choices as to when or if staff become vaccinated. Please boycott this office and Medical professional offices until they get all their professional and patient facing staff fully vaccinated.

I've gone to him since I was 2 (I'm now 30!) I had an extreme lazy eye. He did eye surgery on me when I was 3.. he saved my eye! We did double bifocals, patching, dealt with astigmatism ... Extreme farsightedness all the way to almost perfect vision now. So thankful for this man!
