I highly recommend Advanced Family Eye Care. The first person I talked to over the phone to schedule my appointment was Natalie. She was absolutely amazing and so friendly. She answered all of my questions and was just so very nice. I arrive at my appointment to be greeted by the ladies at the front desk who were also very welcoming and kind. Next I'm called back to start the exam with Shania who was awesome. She was so patient and answered all my questions. Next came Dr. Ross and after meeting him, I could see why his staff was so excellent. He was great and just as nice as the others I met. Next I worked with Carla to find some frames that I liked. She was so sweet and very helpful. This kind of service and kindness is not that common anymore, unfortunately. Advanced Family Eye Care was a breath of fresh air and I know you will not be disappointed! Give them a call for your next eye appointment! .

Absolutely love AFEC! Dr. Burbee sees all three of my kids ages 4-9. She is so kind and works so well with the kids. I've been going to Advanced Family Eye Care for years and have had the pleasure of seeing both doctors--they are both fantastic! The care and attention they provide are always top-notch, and I trust them completely with my eye health.
On my most recent visit, I had the chance to work with Jordan, one of the technicians, and she was amazing. She was professional, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and was especially great at making the experience enjoyable.
The entire staff is always welcoming, and the office is well-organized and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Ross and Dr. Burbee to anyone looking for excellent eye care!

Our adult family of 3 recently moved to Oklahoma from Texas where we had long-established relationships with our individual optometrists. However, we are ALL now clients at Advanced Family Eye Care! All three of us, individually, had the most amazing and positive experience at AFEC! The team is remarkable, kind, pleasant and highly customer service oriented. While in the waiting area, I overheard a phone call with what appeared to be an apprehensive potential client. The team member was kind, patient and hyper communicative with the client; I was even more comfortable and relaxed just from listening to her! My glasses frame broke at the temple over Memorial Day weekend; fortunately, I had some contact lenses, although "old," that I was able to use to get me through the weekend. I'd been meaning to visit AFEC to get established with a new eye care doctor since moving to Oklahoma a few years back, but just hadn't made the time. (I had read GLOWING reviews and they are conveniently located minutes from my home, as an added bonus!)
Well, Tuesday morning, I made the time!
I showed up with no appointment, as a new patient, in dire straits, and the front office staff was SO kind and helpful! They worked me into the schedule, and I was able to have a thorough exam, for both new glasses and contact lenses (separate charges, which I expected). Dr. Burbee was wonderful, as were the rest of the staff! Robin even did a "quick repair" on my broken frame to help tide me over so I would have glasses to fall back on if need be while waiting for my new prescription glasses (and sunglasses - 1/2 off summer sale!), as well as deciding on my new contact lens prescription.
There aren't enough words to express my appreciation for the great and efficient care I received here!!
