Everyone was very nice. I wanted to use my old frames and was unable to. I was also told my frames were discontinued, BUT they were able to find me a frame that was almost exactly the same. I was so excited. They were done in ten minutes and all was good. They also were very patient while my husband tried on glasses until he found the perfect fit for himself. I do feel like it was a bit pricy, but what isn't these days. I feel like I would pick a lens and then more fees would be added and it honestly felt neverending.

The staff at this establishment were super friendly and helpful! I will definitely go back! The employee answered a customer call, which I was totally fine with. I could tell the customer was being very rude but the way the employee handled the call was magnificent! Then she resumed assisting me with such kindness! The whole office including that lab techs (whom I didn't meet but worked very quick and efficient) were stand out amazing!

Wow, the place deserves more than 5 stars! The staff is absolutely awesome here and they get it how confusing and tough it is to get new glasses.
Each time I've visited the site they were so helpful by offering solutions to get the best quality vs affordability. Unlike a lot of places, they're not trying to push the latest most expensive frames and lens.
They truly try to help you come away satisfied. Pamela and the other ladies are so fun to work with and are so professional and helpful.
I actually told both ladies to thank their mother's for bringing up such good daughters. This type of customer care is rare these days and I deeply appreciate it!!!

Absolutely amazing service! While paying for my son's glasses I received a text that one pie was ready and by the time he tried that pair on... I got a text that his second was ready. My son is 6 years old and to be sure the glasses "fit" he has to run with them on... they let him do a lap around the store with no judgment and adjusted them for him quickly! Highly Recommend this store!

The Eye Mart Express in broken Arrow has the longest weight time went in to get glasses adjusted and a lady before me all ready waited 45 mins after finally helping her she helped the next lady which is what they're supposed to do, but knowing that I only needed a five second adjustment on my glasses because they adjusted wrong before no, she takes the next customer that was there and spent over an hour and a half spent over 30 minutes waiting on the phone for customer service for insurance company. this happens every time I've been in there. It is extremely long wait at least hour Just to get your glasses adjusted if you're purchasing new frames, expect at least a two hour wait on someone helping you. The gentleman that works there is very friendly though the one they call the general manager needs better bedside manners.i will go back to Tulsa there all amazing and never have to wait.
