One Vision, now part of MyEyeDr.

If I could put no stars, I would, I've been a customer for the last five years and today my appointment was for 11:30 AM. I came 20 minutes before prepared. They have me wait for more than 45 minutes when I approach someone that works there they tell me they're not sure if they can even get me in with the doctor in the next 10 to 15 minutes, if they schedule appointments, it should be for a reason to be respectful of customers times all they want to do is reschedule. It sounds like the new company that bought it over does not care for retaining customers.

I scheduled a routine eye exam for my 4 year old with ALFONSO HERNANDEZ Jr. He was very knowledgeable and explained my son's eye condition thoroughly. The technician Emma, who took my son's eye photos was so incredibly patient and kind. We will definitely be back!

Very professional, courteous, and attentive customer service staff. They were most helpful in taking the time to answer all our questions and concerns. Overall it was a very pleasant experience with the examinations, eye wear selection, and final purchase.

I went here because I had an eye issue .went to urgent care ,first and they sent me here .they were the only eye doctor that could see me on a weekend . Doc looked at my eye , prescribed antiobotic and steroid eye drops . I had to pay 40 dollar copay because it was considered specialist instead of eye glass doctor . The meds didn't work so two days later I went in just to ask why and saw him behind the receptionist desk so called out to him . Took off my dark glasses so he could see my eye was still messed up . . He looked at my eye for like three seconds and said he would call in some thing else . They charged my insurance 80.00 my insurance paid 43.00 because eye med is a provider then charged me the balance . I paid it . But I will never in my life go to an eye med again . And will never recommend them for anything . Had to go to triad eye center to get my eye problem diagnosed

Been going here for 4 yrs, literally was in there last month because of contact issues and scheduled my annual exam for this week and get called the day before that they no longer will take my insurance. We have never had any issues with my insurance covering anything but now that they merged with myeyedr they are claiming that they won't take it. Hope you enjoy losing business over your merge! **3/24 They responded saying they reached out to me which they did but I called back and got a voicemail and have yet to receive a call back.

Everyone is so nice especially Cheryl. It is a very professional work place but not too professional to seem cozy as well. 5 stars would 100 percent come back and will.

I liked One Vision at first (about 3 years ago) but over time they have implemented some fees and upselling that I'm unwilling to deal with. One of the fees that I have been dealing with this year is the contact fitting fee. My insurance, VSP only covers one visit completely per year. When I went for my visit, I was told that there would be a $50 contact fitting fee. I asked if they could just do the visit but not order the sample pair. They said if I wanted a contact prescription, the $50 sample fee came with it, which is ridiculous if I'm not getting the sample. Since I wasn't buying contacts at the time, I asked the Dr. to just do the prescriptions, but not order a try-on pair. I was measured for glasses and contacts, but I didn't order anything that day. I was under the impression they had both prescriptions on hand for when I am ready to order. However, when I called today to get my prescriptions so I can order contacts at Costco, they said my prescription is not on file and they only have the one from last year. So my choices are : pay for another Dr visit out of pocket somewhere else, pay for another Dr visit and the fee here, or go without my contacts for 2 months waiting for my benefits to roll over. Suffice to say I will be going elsewhere.

I had an eye emergency (my first migraine with aura) and they were able to work me in the same day. The staff and the doctor were amazing. The doctor did a great job explaining what was happening.
