Dr. Shoemaker is the best! Super sweet and very informative during my eye exam! Totally recommend!!

May not have the most convenient hours, yet has a dr. who cares & staff who are attentive, informative. My dog ate the glasses they made for me & I had issues with the backup pair of glasses I got somewhere else with insurance & in one glance was told the frame bridge was too big & shouldn't been told when I picked them and directed to frames with the correct bridge size...great advice to contact insurance co, as now I have a credit for a new pair!! Won't ever go anywhere else unless she moves too far or retires..

Danette has been such a joy! We've been patients here for years now. My husband and son have been well taken care of. Danette always goes above and beyond to care for my family. She doesn't provide a service rather she truly cares and is passionate at helping her patients. I highly recommend Primary Eye Care. If you don't live in BA they are worth the drive. Nothing better than excellent care.

My wife and I appreciate Doctor Tracy's professionalism and vast experience. She treats patients with the ultimate respect and kindness. Love the office and the staff is wonderful. Best eye Dr in town and has always provided great service. Never have an issue with my lenses or finding a frame. Staff is very knowledgeable on all insurance coverage and does not make me feel rushed whatsoever. Very comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Went there over several months. I have no problem with the actual exams etc. My problem is with my contacts. After countless fixes with both fit and actual strengths, they wanted an additional $200.00 for a new contact. As of today, many months after the fact, I have changed back to original lenses (old ones) for a good fit. The right lense did not fit and kept moving off my eye, sometimes coming out of the eye. I am so mad. I spent $480.00 for lenses I can't wear. Do not go there for contacts. As much as I had a great experience with the staff, I'm so disappointed with their quality of care with my contacts.

My recent visit at Primary Eye Care Associates was great! From the moment I walked in until the moment I left I was treated with respect and professionalism by every member of the staff with whom I had contact. Very friendly and courteous staff! My appointment was with Dr. McGinnis. She was both caring and professional. It was more than just an eye exam. She took the time to talk with me about what was going on with my eyes and answer my questions. If you are looking for someone who truly cares about the health of your eyes then I highly recommend Dr. McGinnis and the staff at Primary Eye Care Associates.

It's been three years since we found Primary Eye Care Associates and Dr. Shoemaker, and continue to feel so blessed to have her as our Optometrist, which includes her amazing medical team! My husband just returned from his appt. and was extremely pleased, which doesn't happen often! Dr. Shoemaker was thorough and very informative. He was walked through the exam and eye glass fitting step by step, which hasn't happened in years. Dr. Shoemaker's staff was so friendly and efficient. I can't wait to visit them too!
