I had an appointment today and was extremely disappointed with the entire experience. I arrived early for my scheduled appointment but ended up waiting for over half an hour before being seen. I could overhear the staff chatting away in the adjoining room about their own personal eyewear needs, discussing new lenses for their frames, while I sat ignored in the waiting area with no communication about why I wasn't being seen in a prompt manner. When I finally got frustrated for waiting so long (having sat well over 25 minutes at that point), I got up to ask the receptionist what the delay was. They said they were waiting on a room. Another ten minutes goes by, and they're "working on my chart". I have yet to leave the waiting area, and I had filled out my paperwork online days ago. The female technician who finally brought me back to the exam room and did my initial workup was huffy and rude, rather than offering an apology for being so far behind schedule. She audibly exhaled so loudly I could hear her from across the room, so at that point, I began matching the office's disrespecting tone and huffed right back. She cut me off while I was speaking multiple times, so I made sure to match that energy and interrupt her just as many times. The exam itself was incredibly brief, lasting no more than twelve minutes; I had less than 2 minutes of interaction with the doctor, and I left feeling disrespected and as if my time and money wasn't as important. When I tried to explain my frustration to the doctor, he tried to give me some placation about "giving people grace" and asked me if he should cancel an appointment if a patient showed up 5 minutes late, trying to flip the script to make me look like the jerk. Despite the fact that I was early, waited for twice the duration of my actual appointment time, and still paid in full, the doctor was convinced that I was the problem in this scenario. It was clear that he was content to blame this interaction on his staff, but it was clear they were simply following his example in customer disservice and disrespect. The fact that the examination was fully complete and I had paid and was out of the office 15 minutes after finally being seen just goes to show how ridiculous it was to wait 30 minutes. Overall, the visit left me with no desire to return, and I recommend giving any other business your money instead.

This was my first time here. The staff was friendly every time I have called or walked in to set and appointment, cancel, ask questions, and reschedule. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood and had every concern addressed. I had to bring my 4 year old son last minute. They were patient and accommodating with us. Explained my insurance and helped me pick frames, the part I always hate. They were involved with everything, and honest, making me feel good about my choices.

I walked into the office and was greeted nicely. As I was seating there I was listening, and to hear the laughter in the office and how well they all got along is something that is uplifting. I appreciated Dr. T's advice and his willingness to answer any/all my questions. All the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about what they do. I loved the feel of the office it's cozy. The staff was very welcoming and informative. I would like to give the best shout-out to J.R who fited my glasses and helped me and my best friend pick them out. Very friendly and can carry a good conversation.

Everyone in the office was fantastic. I had a complicated eye surgery and I followed up with eye testing here and for glasses. I had the new scan they offer in lieu of having my eyes dilated. They can see inside my eye so much better. So much so, he could see I had a retinal tear starting so he was very uo front about how serious it was and no glasses. He was so kind and helpful. Very good experience. I will be back after surgery. Highly recommend!

Office staff was wonderful! Was able to get in to the office on short notice. Very prompt getting put into a room to see the doctor and only waited a few short minutes before the doctor came in. Highly recommend.

Every single person that was working during our visit was very kind and helpful!! It was my daughter's first ever eye appointment and she was feeling nervous. They made her feel very comfortable!! Will definitely return for future visits!
