Friendly staff, excellent record keeping, and prompt service even in the face of all the SARS -COV2 concerns. I was able to get an appointment within the time frame they originally estimated and had my new glasses to hand several day earlier than estimated. I later had to reach back for a detailed invoice to keep my HSA provider happy and had no problem with a quick e-mail response.

I will not go anywhere else. I had a surgery that left me without a voice (well people can't understand me on the phone) some days worse than others. Though i have been trying to get in for a while, i stopped by one day to get put on a list to fill canceled appointments. i have to say Ms. Cindy was great, she texted me about any appointments and looked up my insurance info. Defenitely something i appreciate. It was that little extra step of understanding that led me to give them a 5 star rating. It really is appreciated.
