I arrived a few minutes late for my 5pm appointment today and I was nervous that I might be turned away ... FAR FROM IT ... this crew was outstanding... Theo, Shaye, and Leslie are very kind, helpful, extremely knowledgeable and informative... I have a Stanton location closer to where I live but I will continue to come to these awesome people ... And if you're looking for a pleasant place that will help you see your best I suggest you go there too!!! I wish they were able accept tips... They deserve it!!!

Absolutely in love with my glasses and they are transitional to. Only thing I didnt like was my appt was at 1130 am and I didnt get seen till almost 4pm. And also the 2 for 79 dollars is basically if u have decent vision.. I did get a deal on mine since I waited so long so since I got them I really cant complain cause it all worked out.

Terrible service! They won't pull your benefits so they say. You bring in a copy and that's not correct. Then magically they can look it up and you're not in network. Front desk girl and I mean girl is horrible and needs customer service training and people skills. I could never imagine my front desk staff treating patients so poorly and unwilling to help. If you don't want to work late don't advertise late appointments. 10/10 would never recommend.

Bought glasses there when they first opened. It went okay. This time.....it was absolutely terrible. I waited for one doc to pop up on television and he immediately left. I sat and waited then a woman doc popped up. She said hold on and left. Finally, a 3rd doc popped up with an Asian accent that was so so bad, 1 couldn't understand him. Exam felt cold and not good. I know my eyes have changed in last couple of years. According to them, they haven't. But enough that I got new glasses. I waited and waited only to be told, my were damaged upon arrival and would have to be reordered. So I waited. Got a call. Went to get them only to be told these were ordered at no cost for the trouble I had encountered. Wow! They reminded me of play glasses when I was a kid, the ones that weren't real. I was handed glasses and out the door. They did not fit. Too big for my head. I tried tightening them when I got home but they seemed lopsided no matter what. And to be honest, something isn't right about prescription. I don't think it's mine. One lease is thick and one isn't. Weird! So the ones I finally ordered came in. They felt better one. Felt maybe better made. But this prescription isn't the same as the other ones. However, this prescription is WORST!!!!! I feel like they are worse than my original glasses from 1 or 3 years ago. They are blurry. While store staff was nice, the rest is horrible. I guess lesson Ed learned cause they is nowhere to file a complaint on them. So I will be looking for a new eye appt. $400 for NOTHING!!! And I feel sorry for Shay, she works hard to make things better. She was only positive thing!

Shay was amazing and made everything perfect for us both. We are very appreciative to have this level of proficiency and professionalism. They have a pretty neat setup here where they do their Optometry via remote doctor and it's efficient it's cheap and it's wonderful and it's perfect amd affordable. So regarding Stanton Optical don't knock it till you've tried it because this is a great company with a professional wonderful staff.

EDIT: my frames have already broke across the lense connection. I paid for the primo frames... this feels like a joke but it's not...No real optometrist is there but it will cost you as much as if there was. My eye exam was done remotely with someone on the other end using a combination of a mirror and TV screen.. sounds crazy but its true... this doesnt work for someone with a " dual astigmatism ". After only 15mins of my eye test the tech gave up and said your done. I had no way of combating this. The call was disconnected. I was never nstructed this was the process until AFTER PAYMENT. Then the eye clerk asked what took so long.. 15 mins isnt very long when youre getting no where on an eye exam. It wasn't 24 hours on the frames as advertised and 1 week later I picked them up with no fitting adjustments. There are tons of better and surprisingly cheaper options out there and I regret wasn't my money and time here for frames that dont fit like the demos and isnt the right script. I wish 0 stars was an option.

I'm very disappointed from my last visit. I told multiple associates I was doing get 2 glasses for free for a $79 eye exam but since my eyes are to bad they were gonna make me pay $120. I was not called back for my appointment for 2.5 hours. I wasted time and money to not even receive any glasses. I will not be returning.

I loved my experience schuedule a same day appointment, the ladies truly are very professional and helpful !! They have a beautiful selection of frames to choose from for everyone , they do offer payment plans if you meet the requirements other than that I'm happy I chose this place as I'm very satisfied with my new glasses
