Pay attention closely to the 1 and 2 star reviews. The doctor is very nice and thorough. The front staff however are most definitely not. I have worn glasses for over 40 years. I have never ,never, run across any company that takes longer than a month to get glasses in. Front desk clerk answering phone tells me she has had people have to wait 3 months before ... WHAT???!!!!. Then acts like I am being rude for saying that is utterly ridiculous. First off I should have listened to my gut when I was there and just walked out. I had to wait on the ordering person who "had to run home and would be here any minute." (Almost an hour after my appointment was over) . Then their selection of frames rival a communist run nursing home from the 1960's. If your great grandfather is looking for stylish frames this is his place. To sum it up, the doctor was nice and professional and well qualified. Everything else about this place is not. Do yourself a favor drive a few extra miles if you have to and go somewhere else for your eye care needs. I promise you ,if you choose to do business with this company, YOU WILL THOROUGHLY REGRET IT.

The doctor is amazing her staff is not! My first experience with them was great but this time; I waited over 5 1/2 months for my glasses to come and the lenses were scratched. They warranty them out and it's been 3 months going on 4 and nothing. They basically said for me to stop calling and it's a warranty so there's no time line. That's warranty cost over $300 to have. I will never go back here again!

Unfortunately, zero stars is not an option. DO NOT come here if you have an appointment and expect to be seen within the hour of making the appointment. The staff seem as clueless as the eye doctor is not on time. Save your time & money and go anywhere but here!!

Dr Pam is awesome! She takes her time throughly examing your eyes. She's very sweet. And super approachable. She keeps a good vibe in the air and never the awkward silence between. I have awesome insurance so I hardly paid a thing .

I was very impressed by Dr. Pamela Reichert. She took her time with me and thoroughly explained what was going on with my eyes and I appreciated it so much. She is very passionate about what she does and it shows! The ladies at the front desk were also the best. They helped me pick out new glasses and were so kind throughout my entire visit! My wife and I have always enjoyed care with no troubles. However, you have to be open for appointments at their pace. There are no accommodations that can be made for unusual schedules such as night time workers. Great care, but hard to get in to.

Dr Pam saved my eye sight. Turns out the eye drops rcvd from a diff clinic were injuring my eye. I had zero sight. Dr Pam knew exactly what to do. I now have my vision back and I'm very grateful.

Its not the doctor..its her front desk assistants..tried to buy contacts the other day..came back with reply of we dont have them sorry...did not offer to order...lost a sales right there..also Dr. Pam gave me a pair of samples last year, front desk INFORMED ME I would PAY for them I said o.k.front desk was rude to me..i came out dr. Pam being the sweet lady she is ...said NO CHARGE..ty Dr. Pam...always polite and respectful to me but the front desk see my name .. I guess..Im not welcome there..going to a different Dr..where my money spends.
