I've been going here for almost 6 years. I've never had any issues. They will work you in for an eye emergency. Dr White is very nice and he is also funny! Good selection of glasses as well! Me and my family love it here.

Rude! Last time he cut me down for nephew not having glasses. Well, hard when I took emergency custody from over 100 miles away. ..but for him do in front nephew was his saving grace. A year later me husband takes him in for eye exam, they said they took our insurance, second insurance...after screening, no they do not!!

Tried to get a reorder on an existing prescription. Refused me b/c prescription which still works great was 'expired'...said I hadnt been seen in awhile. I told them I had to be seen by another doc b/c they are closed Fridays. Still refused to reorder my existing prescription and couldnt get me in for several weeks. Garbage that they refused to work with me. I wont be back and neither will my 6 other family members. Instead of excuses I would suggest you find a quick process other than waiting weeks for a full exam that allows your staff to validate expired prescriptions so they may be reissued-renewed and used for reorder. Find a way to say yes vs blaming something else as to why your saying no, thats what great customer service focused orgs do... Or not and continue to inconvenience folks who dont care to be inconvenienced. Eventually it will catch up with you.

If I could give them a zero I would. Has nothing to do with the doctor but the secretary's running the front desk. Called searching for somewhere that took my insurance and she claimed they did. I drove 2 HOURS, husband took off work to tend to baby for me, we get there and they claim they don't. She tried saying she called to tell me yet NEVER called. Then I asked why she hadn't left a voicemail and she tried telling me she did. I know for a fact that was a lie because I get every voicemail. She also tried telling me I didn't have a VM set up. Funny just got one two days ago from a different doctor about a different appointment. So basically she called me a liar. Then they sent me on another 30 minute drive to another doctor who accepts my insurance. They could've at least offered to give us a discount on said appt instead of us having to leave in inclement weather with baby. But they didn't even try to make it right. Would NOT recommend this place. Don't go here.

The ladies that answer the phone are definitely not on the same page with each other. I have one telling me to come in anytime to pick a frame and another telling me I need to schedule an appointment. It is a huge inconvenience when you take time off work, pull your son out of school and not be able to be seen due to everyone making their own rules. Communication is key and your employees lack in that area.

Everyone who works in this facility was so nice and helpful. Dr. white was awesome. He was so kind to answer all of our questions. He has a great selection of glasses. I was very impressed with our visit.

Dr White was very thorough with my 7 year old and I felt he did great! The staff was very nice as well. My family will be going back

My family has been seen by Dr. White for several years now. He is child friendly and staff is wonderful.
