Phone call ethics needs improvement, just needed a ballpark starter figure but he seemed irritated in a passive aggressive tone for the call to begin with, then hung up on me when I said " alright thank you". Wasn't ending the call but he was definitely not willing to assist me in any way. A better approach would of been to just ask me to stop in rather than tell me, " well I have a large range of prices because of different circumstances so i cant tell you"... yes, I understood. Hence the " ball park figure, Mr. Cranky."

I was in town to visit family and I somehow managed to drop my backpack on my sunglasses. After a quick search for an eyeglass place around me, I landed at Buckle's. The gentleman couldn't have been nicer. He explained an issue with the screw being broken off and what that would take and he went to see if he could fix it. He did. He fixed the frames, replaced the lenses, and adjusted them. If I lived in Enid, I would make this my go-to glasses shop.

I have had glasses for 50 years and my recent pair are the worst fitting glasses I've ever had. I've been back 3 times and they can't get it right. I have sores on one ear. I can't afford a new pair. Beware...buy one get one free is not true.
