Would be no stars but it wonr lwt me just pick zero. Do not go here. I bought a pair of Oakleys for over 400.00 and they broke twice in less than 4 months and they say they qill not replace them. Then why and what was the insurance I paid for them for. This place is a overcharged and under qualified joke.

Love Dr. Hess! She is amazing and her staff are friendly and helpful. But I think their prices are too high for glasses and add ons.

I've been going to Dr Hess for years, she is very thorough and personable with my eye care. The staff is always friendly knowledgeable

My first time going here, the doctor and staff were professional and helpful at all times. The doctor talked about my issues and answered all my questions and performed a thorough exam. The staff were helpful and understanding while helping me to choose a set of glasses. As for insurance there was zero issues finding out what was covered and what was an out of pocket cost.

The Dr is great! Very patient and kind but the women up front.. NO!!! The older woman got frustrated with my son because he was scared and rudely told my son if he didn't get his act together he could leave that there is nothing she could help him with if he didn't want to act like a big boy. When I proceeded to tell her he's only 6 it's normal she then told me maybe I shouldn't raise a girl. Hmm well okay!

I highly recommend the Dr.! HOWEVER, as for the rest, NOT! I kindly asked the young blonde lady who was attempting to help me to lower her voice as it was hurting my ears, it was like she was yelling. She quickly and sternly informed me she has always talked like that and refused to lower her voice.Things went from bad to worse. She also stated that life was too SHORT for this and walked away still yelling at me! I was told by Larry "TO TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!" On that note..I agreed! I asked for a copy of my RX and left. She was still yelling stuff at me as I left the building! Seriously? Who does this? I have never been talked to or treated so badly in my life. I felt like I was ganged up on! And for WHAT, all in the coarse of ordering new lenses. The front end staff have a lot to learn about customer service. I don't understand their approach, especially if one is NOT purchasing new frames from them and you have insurance with no copays! The staff kept challenging me on my insurance coverage issues, which they accepted, even after I had the insurance company call them direct! It was like pulling teeth! I found the staff to be incompetent, rude, and very confrontational. I have lived in Enid for over 50 years! Enid is a small town and people talk. I can not recommend them to my worst enemy. No one treats and talks to patients/clients like that and gets a good review or recommendation. Plus previously they told me to replace my lenses would take up to 2 weeks as they have to send them off. I don't understand how others could have gotten theirs in a few days. Maybe they bought new frames?

The young lady who owns this now is super sweet and professional. Her staff is friendly, and very helpful. This is by far one of the best places in Enid,OK for selection on glasses or an eye exam. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs assistance with their vision.
