Dr stotts is a good guy and doctor but his staff on the other hand definitely could use an overhaul. They are not very helpful and they are terribly rude when you call. I ordered a pair of glasses and contacts from them recently. It had been 2 weeks and I was getting ready to leave town we called up to see if the contacts were in and was told that they get orders every day and when they come in they will call. So I left town and called them 2 weeks later to see why I still haven't got a call and it turns out that yes my contacts had been in since the 10th. I had made the phone call to inquire about them on the 12th so yes they were in, and I've been out of town without contacts now for 2 weeks they're helpful staff replied well the pair of contacts you got at your examination should be good for at least a month well that would be okay if I would have had an examination but my examination was 3 months ago. To make the story even better the last time I called when she so rudely told me this information my glasses were actually in too and she had told me that they probably wouldn't be in for another 2 weeks. And then it gets even better she hung up on me not cool vision source. I've been a customer there for over 25 years, I like Dr stotts but thanks to his staff I won't be coming back get your s*** together staff. I almost forgot, while shopping for glasses, not a single person offered to assist me with product lines or fitment.
