After over 35 years of wearing glasses and a dozen different optometrist. Dr. Stotts is amazing I will not go anywhere else.
Great customer relations the whole staff makes you know you are in good hands and well cared for as a individual not just a person coming in.

If you want glasses, try somewhere else. These people will tell you they arrived only for them to lie and tell you they haven't when you get to the store. The nurse in the back is AWESOME and apologized. Front desk needs MAJOR improvement. Lying to your customers is trashy. Bad business.

The doctor here is great but it's the office ladies who are rude and unprofessional. No one ever called to tell me my glasses where finished and when I called I was hung up on several times and was spoken very rude to. Took my glasses 2 weeks to finally get in. Or maybe sooner I don't know no one called me.
