Dr was very thorough and very knowledgeable. Eased my fears that I had going in. My ins was not valid at his practice and the office team tried very hard to assist me in the insurance process. Found out they were just out of network for me so I had to pay cash for my visit. I felt like it was very reasonable. I WILL BE GOING BACK even if it has to be on a cash basis.

Yesterday was the first time with Burke Eyecare after moving to the Grove, Oklahoma area. Doctor Burke was very efficient and provided excellent examination and thorough explanations of the entire process. He was very cordial and his office staff were very helpful with the entire check-in process and set up of our new account. The entire visit was very efficient and everyone was very professional and friendly. I feel like we have found our new optometrist in the Grove, Oklahoma area.

Terrible customer service!!! Do not go here! Came in for a simple one second pupil distance measurement that is done over the counter when ordering glasses. I needed to order my eyeglasses online and this measurement is required. The lazy staff could not be bothered to help with something the competition down the street did in what was in reality less then two seconds of work! Seriously only use reputable service providers and this company is not one!
Update: Response is without merit. Acting as is if a pupil distance measurement is some kind of test that is only done for patients is ridiculous! A measure is not a test!!!! Their response is akin to their service, terrible!!!

I will say that the chairs in the waiting room were in a circle, facing people that we didn't know. I found to be a little bit awkward.

The team here was fantastic! Was working set medic for a film set at grand lake and sustained a fairly significant right eye injury leading to hyphema. Called Grove Eyecare but was referred to this facility because of the nature of my injury. They got me in within an hour or two of my phone call. The workers compensation insurance process has never been easier to file than it was here. Dr Burke and his assistant conducted extremely thorough testing and scans over the remaining two days I had in town to make sure it was going to heal on its own without needing a surgical treatment plan. Vision is back to 100%. Eye functionality is 100% back to normal as well. This clinic is full of not only the friendliest people, but also the most professional and knowledgeable I've dealt with in regard to ophthalmology. Would recommend them to my family, best friends, or anyone looking for competent care.

Dr Burke was very detailed and knowledgeable. My prescription for glasses was perfect, which has not always been my experience in the past at other places unfortunately. Shannon was also a great help with my glasses, she seems very knowledgeable and experienced, and a very sweet person. So glad I found this place.
