Refused to provide the service I paid for based on my 100% service-connected disability. When I expressed that waiting for an hour after they scheduled my surgery and making me wait in a room with wooden chairs and the a/c going full blast was making me anxious and agitated and I would like another Ativan, he escalated the situation by telling me "none of his other patients have complained." Classic narc move. When I told him I didn't expect him to have any control over that and most of his patients did not have complex PTSD he proceeded to tell me something about worrying about the things I have control over. I weigh 119 lbs and no I cannot control the temperature of the waiting room. But it's in my control to be comfortable before a surgery? That is the doctor and staff's job. And because I have a disability, efforts could and should have been taken to ease my discomfort rather than escalating and refusing to treat me. It's funny that OMEG just recently made a Veteran's Day post. I guess they only support the abled ones.

There was not one little thing that was negative about my experience. The staff was very good and nice. They wanted me to be comfortable. Best attitude. Dr Chamberlain was so very nice and explained my procedure and what to expect. I would and will refer him and the OMEG to anyone. If I have need of another procedure or eye issue, I will not hesitate to call and make an appt. 5 stars.

Great doctor! Thoroughly explained everything that was happening. I felt blessed to get referred to him. He's very professional and caring. Amazing at what he does!

Best doctor in town! Explains diagnosis thoroughly and has a lot of patience. Dr. Chamberlain is someone who I would definitely recommend to all my family.
