After waiting 4 hours for an scheduled appointment, they said the appointment was reschuled without telling me. There were multi people waiting for the same doctor.. Doctor was running late all afternoon. Why they couldn't tell me that earlier? No one told me this after waiting 4 hours. No one bothered to inquire about setting in the waiting room for 4 hours. Then they told me he was now ready. It was now 5pm on Friday. Dr Chamberlain started he was on a tight schedule and didn't have time to discuss anything. I advised I have been waiting 4 hours. He stated we can keep rehashing the obvious and did I want it done or NOT!!! He spent 15 seconds looking at each eye. I had questions, he said the previous doctor should answer them, however I just watched a video that gave new information, so now I have more questions. Dr Chamberlain stated he didn't have the time. Dr Chamblerlain is very full of himself and very condescending. This is also true with many of the staff members. They also tried to rush you through signing paperwork without giving you the chance to read it. Talked with a couple others waiting, and they had the same experience. After reading other reviews, this seems to their standard. I don't know if I would trust someone with my eyes that treats people this way.

The staff is kind, though the front desk can be a bit too personally familiar at times. A simple "hi," "please," "thank you," and maybe a genuine "how are you" is more than enough. No one needs a religious greeting to feel welcomed. My real issue is the constant double, triple, even quadruple-booking for staff you don't actually have available. On Friday, the woman checking me out struggled to squeeze me into a Monday appointment, and honestly, that should've been my warning that today would be a marathon for what should've been a simple follow-up. Dr. Sanders is great. Joshua is great. I highly recommend them both. But my appointment was at 9:45 a.m., and it's now 10:37 a.m.--I'm still sitting in the waiting room. If I had known I'd be here for well over an hour without being seen, I would've planned my day differently. Patients can't exactly bill you for lost wages or services not rendered... or can we?

I have a significant cataract in one eye resulting from retinal surgery. Came here for a consultation based on reviews. The staff are very nice and professional. After undergoing multiple types of testing, I met with one of ophthalmologist who suggested a premium lens based on my astigmatism and lifestyle. However, I feel the consultation was a bit rushed and I never got to speak with the surgeon. I was then carted off to a "counselor" to go over pricing. I like the staff but am a little apprehensive about scheduling my surgery without knowing more about the procedure and not being able to speak with a surgeon. These are my eyes we are talking about.

The most horrible experience I've ever had with any medical care provider and I've had a lot of experience. I paid $2k to have an elective procedure that I not only did not have, Dr. Chamberlain tried to file trespassing charges on me. For starters, every time I have been in this office, they are at least 30 minutes behind. The first time they told me their system had crashed that morning. Ok. The second time I don't know. The third time they scheduled me for a SURGICAL procedure at 9. I had no way of knowing that he had scheduled one at 6:30 and 8 that morning too. So when 10:30 rolled around and I was not in surgery I was naturally irritable. I had been medicated then left to sit in a cold waiting room with wooden chairs with no explanation before having surgery. I did not yell or disrespect anyone. I asked his assistant for something else to calm me down. He came in and told me that I was the only one who ever had a problem with them (thus placing the blame on a paying customer) and he couldn't perform the procedure because I have PTSD and I'm "emotionally dysregulated." I am 100% disabled veteran. The responsibility is not on me as a patient to be regulated, the responsibility is on the practitioner who agreed to administer care to make reasonable accommodations to make me comfortable. If a diabetic had come in there and told him their blood sugar had gotten too low while waiting, would he blame the diabetic? When I told him I came and paid for surgery that day and wasn't leaving without it, he called TPD on me. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The way I was treated was negligible at best and the things that doctor said to me were abusive at worst. And yes I reported him to the licensing board. And anywhere I else I can find to file a complaint.

Absolutely would recommend! The staff go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of! Not to mention how polite and friendly the staff are! They have taken care of all my families eyes and we've all been so impressed with the care they put into each and every patient! I look forward to my eye exams because of the wonderful environment! Definitely go see them if you have any eye care needs! The staff will take great care of you!

Update: Less than 12 hours after posting that I was having issues getting his script filled and was still having issues with R eye, my dr sent me an email and sent in a different script to my pharmacy. Whatever that eyedrop was, it has really, really helped. The speed and thoroughness of the follow up was intense/impressive. The facility is nice, clean, with new equipment. The staff were friendly and efficiently checked every possible thing that could be checked.

Very efficient. Conner is thorough & takes the time to explain his findings. I learned things about my eyes I was unaware were issues. Dr. Hadel was also excellent. I feel fortunate to have been referred to this group.
