Complete Eye Care - Lawton

Was very excited get to try some contacts and really liked the eye doctor. After a month or more went by, i called to check on the trial contacts only to find out they were never ordered. Now it is past time they told me they should be in and I have called twice and left messages and nothing. Update.....went in today and was very pleased. The office /location manager came in and spoke with me and I was in impressed that she did. The tech helping me put contacts in and out for first time was wonderful and patient. Everyone was helpful and pleasant.

On the exam part everything was great. As for getting my actual glasses, that is where everything has been terrible. I had my appointment and was told 1-2 weeks for my lenses to come in. Well, two weeks went by so I called a few times and no one answered the phone. I finally got someone on the phone and they said the lab was waiting for frames, but no one bothered to tell them they did not need to do that because my frames would be filled at their location. I was told then it would take 1-2 days to get the lenses in and I could bring in my frames to be fitted. One week later, still no call back. I got ahold of someone and they told me, "Oh yes we just got them today actually and you can bring your frames in, but before 5:30 because that's when the tech leaves." Every time I had asked why nothing had been communicated the response was bare minimum and with a slight attitude of, "Oh we are working on it." I went in to get them fitted finally and it was met with, "Well he's off today." When I was told to come in anytime before 5:30. So now it will be a month and I still do not have my glasses and will hopefully have them some 4 weeks later. The one tech was nice, but seems to be newer than the one I kept getting on the phone and at the register. Just lack of communication and professionalism for a place I have gone to for years and when I moved back decided to go back to again, but I will not be back after this.

Dr. Laura England is a fantastic optometrist! I have gone to her at Complete Eye Care for at least 10 years and have had exceptional care. All of the staff have always been very kind and helpful. Ariana was the tech who did the testing this time and she was very friendly and nice. I would highly recommend.

I always have a wonderful experience with them. Dr. Ross very friendly and listen to my concerns and explains what maybe happening with my sight. The entire staff from front to back are awesome.

From the receptionist to the tech to the doctor, everyone was kind, professional, and thorough. I had multiple opportunities to bring up questions or concerns. For the questions I brought up, they were answered clearly and directly. This is now my second year with this establishment and I have always had incredibly positive experiences. I have no hesitation recommending CEC to anyone else!

We can't recommend Dr. Shane here more. He's been my wife's doctor since we moved to Lawton about 5 years ago. He always makes sure she leaves happy and confident in how she looks and that of course makes me happy. They work with you to ensure you leave there feeling better than when you walked in. Great people!

As always Chevette took the best care of us! We got our glasses picked up, her customer service was top tier as always and she is one of the reasons why we will continue to patronize Complete Eye care. My husband and I are pleased with her service!

This facility has such a friendly and knowledgeable staff. From the front personnel when you walk in, to the technicians, optometrist, and personnel staff checking you out the experience has been wonderful. When asked about insurance pricing they broke down the items. When asking about frames and contacts they showed me options that weren't a push to just upsell at the store. I felt like a person and not a number. 100% recommend to book Dr. Ross to everyone!
