Quick easy and knowledgeable. 1st time for televideo but the eye tech is there in person. I liked it and felt I got the same service as if it had been in person.

Very professional and courteous, i had a very comprehensive eye exam the technician was very helpful just a great experience.

The staff was friendly. Checking in was a breeze. The facility was clean and welcoming. The only complaint I have would be the wait time.

The assistant in the office was polite, friendly and very informative. The first virtual tech that did the exam was efficient but often times moved the slides too quickly before my eyes had the opportunity to fully focus on the new selection. The doctor himself was absolutely horrible and condescending. I wanted to have three different types of glasses available to me in my life and he acted as if it was the worst thing he's ever heard and spoke down to me. I have heard MANY bad experiences from friends and family about progressive lenses and did not want to be stuck with only one option. In my daily life I also do not always need to see both far away and close up at the same times. So if I'm in bed and want a small pair of rectangular readers vs a larger frame, which is REQUIRED FOR PROGRESSIVE LENSES, what difference is it to him. I paid for my own appointment. I pay for my glasses. He has ZERO right to try to speak down to me about what I want or how I want to handle my health for my eyes. I know my daily routine and my life, I am quite sure I am more qualified to understand my needs than he is. I will NEVER be coming back to Pearle Vision nor recommending them to anyone. Also, having to pay extra for PD is ridiculous. You're just price gouging so we use your frames and give you unnecessary money. And finally, a patient should be informed BEFORE they go in that the "doctor" is remote. I have worn glasses for over 20 years now and this was the WORST experience I've ever had. The two stars are literally just for the only actual human I interacted with in person. He was great.
