I Love Dr. Julie Jones! She is VERY professional, and down to earth! She takes time with each of her patients instead of rushing you through! The Staff is very friendly also! Great job Ladies! I recommend EVERYONE to go to Jones Eyecare in Midwest City, Oklahoma!!!

I have worn contacts over half my life, but today was the first time I had a doctor actually explain my eyes to me! The wait was a little long, even though I had an appointment; however Dr. Julie Jones was very knowledgeable and she helped me better understand my eye sight! I would highly recommend her!

I've been coming here for years. Due to insurance changes, I've had to see a couple of different optometrists but always come back here. Dr. Jones is thorough, provides excellent explanations and takes the time to find the best option for me. Her staff is always excellent- courteous and caring. The office is clean and masks are expected.

My initial experience was great. However when it was time to order colored contacts the problems occurred. I paid $99 plus tax for 3 pair of colored contacts, only received 1 pair at pick up. It then took another three weeks to get my remaining pair of contacts, a result of their ordering error. Due to scheduling I asked if my wife could pick up contacts during business hours. I was initially told yes, she calls to let them know she's on the way and was told it's a HIPPA violation! I work in the medical field have had contacts picked up before from other optometrist and NEVER heard of such. I call and the young lady says this is just our policy, so say it's just your policy and not HIPPA. I assume my wife knowing my contact prescription is a HIPPA violation.

I have always used Jones eyecare for my daughter and myself. I called today and ask the woman who answered could she use my member id on my insurance card to tell me what my copay was. She told me no, basically and told me to not tell her how to do her job. I called the other Jones eyecare and talked to Becca who informed me she was the manager and would take care of it. I hate that one bad apple can make a wonderful business look so bad. Looks like the review before me might have been the same person.

I have had great experiences with Jones Eyecare for years. I have gone to other Optometrists in Edmond but, Jones Eyecare always get it right when it comes to my prescription and pricing. They are the safe choice for me. I work near MWC but, live in Edmond. I rather go to Jones Eyecare.

I had a great experience. In for an eye exam, glasses only. I had been going for years to another cheap $ place in town. What I had not ever gotten before was an explanation of my eyes & what the issues were I was experiencing. Dr. Jones fully explained these to me & what my options were.
