Midwest Vision Center

I have been going here for a couple of years. I am not sure about the other comments, but they are sadly incorrect. I work in customer service and this place is amazing. The Doctor is always amazing, answers our questions and takes her time. The staff has been nothing but great to us. Misty is so helpful and goes above and beyond on getting our glasses ordered and lets us know as soon as they come in! Please know the experience is also what you make of it. We cannot say enough about this entire place!! We love them all!

Dr. Williams is fantastic! Her staff was very polite and quick to get me in on time. They all treated me great, especially the doctor. She went over all the exam results with me explaining what has changed in my vision and why. I believe she genuinely cares about her patients!

I've been going to Midwest Vision Center for around 7 yrs. I can't say enough about Dr. Melody Williams. She's a great and caring doctor. So very nice. Her staff is terrific. Misty always helps me find the perfect pair of glasses. She knows I'm picky and she laughs and deals with me everytime. Great Place!!

I'm giving 3 stars because I do like this place but I'm all done coming here due to their hours or operation. I ordered contacts early this week and was told they would be in Thursday. I'm not one to call until something is late and I never received a call stating they were in. Now I get to travel out of the country for a week with no contacts because they choose to be closed on Fridays. Years of loyalty out the window because of customer service and terrible operating hours. I will be requesting a refund when I get back since they were pre paid.

The doctor is great! Her staff, not so much! Sticking to appointments is difficult for that staff! Schedules appointments that were set a year in advance pushed back months, forgotten about, or even canceled same day as appointment. Rescheduling 6-8 weeks out, then cancelling same day, again!! Just to be offered another appointment another 8-10 weeks farther out! That is a huge issue and I haven't seen my eye doctor in almost 2 years because of this!! My script has changed and now, so will my doctor!

Dr. Williams is always extremely professional and thorough. She takes the time to make my children feel welcome and comfortable. It feels like a family atmosphere and we love that! Her staff is courteous and she is down to earth and friendly. She can always explain things to me in a way that I understand well. I always feel that Dr. Williams has a handle on anything that is going on with my vision.

I will start off saying I took a star off due to the very long wait time in the lobby to see the optometrist. But besides the wait time, overall the staff and optometrist were very professional and welcoming. They have a great selection of frames to choose from for male, female and children. I will return in the future, and recommend them to friends and family.

This was the best vision experience I have had in 66 years. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. Dr. Williams was 1st rate as an optometrist and didn't try to push things on u as vision source did. Really enjoyed her friendliness and ability to explain all she did. All people needing vision care need to check this business out especially seniors. We will be back. Thank u all so much!!!!!!!
